Really nice clean restaurant with very yummy food, even for a vegetarian. Would come again 100%.

We stayed one night and it was a perfect stay. We had a superior room. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were super comfy. We stayed for dinner and it was delicious. The breakfast was the same. The staff were very friendly. My father lives in Settle and we visit him as often as we can. We have found the perfect place. Thank you so much.

We picked the Craven Arms for its location. I was travelling from Bradford my friend from Appleby We had a lot of catching up to do. We loved everything about the place, people and service. We arrived at opening and chatted till closing at 3pm. At no time did we feel hurried from staff. So friendly and welcoming we are already planning our next visit. I would give it 20 ⭐️ if I could. The food was delicious, service spot on!

Celebrated our 47th Wedding Anniversary yesterday (Monday) chose Oscars Wine Bar to have a meal at 4pm. The Bar was quiet ordered starters came really quickly Starter Honey Wings & Pate really tasty. Mains Rack of Ribs Chips salad and Lamb Gyros ..really good size portions ..the food was delicious both of us really loved it at Oscars and staff were lovely

Absolutely love this place. Lovely for a cheeky date night or even bringing the kids. There's somthing for everyone. Great atmosphere lovely welcoming staff. Can't wait to go back

Pleasant pub, nice relaxed atmosphere, the food is a cut above the average in the area, and I've tried everywhere within a 5 mile radius. A varied menu that has something for everyone, from vegan's to meat eaters and in-between. Our party of 5 all with 'very' different tastes all said they enjoyed their food. The service was also very good, friendly/personal but always with the right balance of professionalism - from the management to the chefs to the younger waiting staff, they all did their jobs really well. That is certainly getting to be unusual in the local area. Someone at this place knows how to run a restaurant! Prices are ok, I think they are trying hard to keep a lid on their prices in these trying times, anyone who knows hospitality knows that's not easy currently, some diners don't understand how hard that is now. So, I've given 5/5 on every aspect including value for money because of this. Would I go back is always the key question I ask myself? The answer is a definite YES, we had a lovely experience.

It was Fathers Day and my wife’s birthday too and our visit was her wish since we had always enjoyed eating there. This occasion was spoiled as we had to wait 35 minutes for our starters despite complaining about the delay after 25 minutes. Fully appreciate it was very busy but overlong delays should be conveyed to customers who should not just be left to sit and wonder when their food will appear. We had apologies at the pay point as we were leaving but the damage had been done and my wife’s special day was not quite what we had expected it to be.

We had a lovely time when we visited the White Hart on Sunday 18th June for Father’s Day. This was our first visit but will definitely be back! The pub had a lovely feel about it, staff friendly and the food was delicious! ☺️

Visited on many occasions and this Fathers Day my daughter treated me to a lunchtime meal. Food as good as ever. Staff just great and the whole experience was as exceptional as ever. Thank you.

Finally! A friendly, delicious dim sum experience! My husband was also delighted with the majority of Cantonese staff and guests, as it made him feel more welcome and said that it was a far more friendly experience (he is from HK, this is just his impression compared to other places we have gone). Every dish was better than any we have had elsewhere. Unlike many dimsum places, at Maxis, you feel like you could always order something else because the staff are available and attentive - they didn't simply deliver and disappear! We have a new favourite and we do not plan on going anywhere else for dimsum!

My daughter and I had a very warm welcome from the gentleman who greeted us. Great start to our afternoon tea for two and it only got better. We had a table reserved for us that was unexpected. We was served with tea and coffee straight away and had very little wait time for our sandwiches and cakes, all served on a lovely cake stand and all was well presented. We managed to eat all put in front of us as it was all so delicious, Our friendly gentleman brought us a free glass of prosecco, another lovely surprise. our compliments to the chef and the friendly gentleman. We had a lovely relaxing afternoon and will definitely be returning.

My husband & I plus our 19 yr old daughter came for a meal on Saturday. At 8:30 pm. We had not been for a while, but the food was still as good as we remembered. To start with we shared the garlic & cheese flat bread, For the mains I had a classic burger with bacon & cheese. Our daughter had a buttermilk chicken burger, & my husband had the corn beef hash. For desert we shared the sticky toffee sundae. The food was delicious & at the end we where all stuffed. The food quality is excellant & I would say good value for money. The staff are friendly & service is very good. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, clean environment, friendly staff and amazing tasty food

Don’t waste your money. Went years ago and it was great. What a disappointment. All the chicken is gross, spongy, cheap thigh meat. (Nothing against thigh if it’s good quality but this is poorer than poor.) Genuinely think my dogs eat better and they’re in dry kibble.

An excellent evening with friends who are not usually Chinese food lovers but on our recommendation had decided to try Maxis, we were not let down. The food was excellent - it came hot to the table was really tasty and we all enjoyed everything. The staff were really helpful and engaging adding to the evening. My only observation and certainly not a complaint was that the starter portions were very large and it would have been better for us to share. I will be visiting again soon and would highly recommend it to anyone.

As always, we had a great experience at Little Sicily. Top quality food, beautifully prepared, friendly efficient service and fantastic value for money. All delicious, but our real highlights were the melanzane parmigiana starter and the orange cheesecake - wow!!
