Went to Denmans to celebrate my birthday. We have been before & it certainly didn't dissapoint. The food is delicious & the 5 dishes for £40 is definitely value for money. The chef is very talented. The whole experience is great. Will be visiting again hopefully soon.

Lovely food , service spot on,however will try the main menu next time, buffet was lovely but due to being busy quite a long wait between courses.Will definitely visit again .

We enjoyed a market menu 2 days ago with friends. Exquisite tastes with 3 courses. A lovely meal and wonderful friendly staff. 19 is a new venue making a mark in Saltburn.

First time for us. Warm welcome on a Thursday evening, early doors but soon got busy! Enjoyed the small plates,event for the offer 5 for £40, with a bottle of house wine at £15..... Also thoroughly enjoyed the 2fir price of 1 on cocktails offer!! Good food, excellent presentation, good wine!!!! Rebooked!!

Snug and chatter Abject disappointment at Thursday night’s poor offering. I Booked a week in advance noting it was an event for three birthdays. We arrived on time (one member was late but we told the waitress we’d order anyway). We waited so long to order we had to abandon the idea of having starters. 2 hours plus after arrival we got some food. The elders and children in our group were beside themselves with hunger. Our order of linguine for two people had to be cancelled as there was none left, second choice of chicken skewers was a no go as none left. One member’s steak was a dried out ‘medium’. When it came to dessert ordering, everything had sold out apart from 3 apples pies or ice cream. We had the 3 apple pies and ordered 3 ice creams - only 2 ice creams appeared (my brother had said to a waitress to leave the ice cream off the apple pies). I understand there was just one chef on duty - the poor guy must have been run ragged. Likewise the friendly apologetic but clearly frazzled waitresses did their best. All in all a dreadful experience not to be repeated. This had been a good central get together place of choice for family meet ups. Not any more. Appalling! Not our best family memory….

I have been twice this week. On Monday with asst chef meal was great. Ordered the same meal Friday with chef on and it was terrible! Also no coffee machine broken, couldn’t even make an instant coffee.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. The Tofu Mirch Masala and was honestly one of the best curries I've ever had!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We always feel so welcome, it's like we are part of the family.

We've eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. The food is great and the service is friendly and professional. We would love to give a huge thanks to Eddie behind the bar as well as the young ladies working with him, Beth, Ruby and Daniella. They were really attentive and a credit to The Craven Arms.

Booked for Friday evening, very nice meal and service was efficient, however a little disappointed that we were reminded three times that they needed the table back for a certain time. Doesn't make for a relaxing, dining experience.

Sambucas is an elegant restaurant with an informal relaxed almost family like feel about it. The food is invariably and consistently of a high quality. The pricing is competitive and is on the cheaper side of comparable restaurants. On this occasion there were 3 adults we had 3 starters / 3 mains with side dishes (3) 1 bottle of wine and 1 soft drink. The total bill was £105 so very reasonable for 3 people. Starters Mussels Garlic Mushrooms Soup (minestrone) my friend was extremely complimentary of the soup The mushrooms and soup came with warm bread which was nice Mains Steak Salmon grilled Pasta dish with chicken sauce etc Sides Fries Potatoes Sauce for the steak (not really a side) Spinach (not on menu but requested and kindly offered by chef) The one slight criticism was the mains don’t come with anything so all chargeable extras which I understand the principle but it can push the cost of the steak meal up into a higher category of restaurant if people are seeking an establishment based on price.

We like the food at PandaMami very much, especially my sons. We drove about 40 miles there several times and were happy with the effort. Last time, it was my younger son's birthday, and the nice staff provided a delicious birthday cake. It was an impressive experience indeed.
