Good choice of food plus a selection of ‘specials’. Would recommend as food was good, generous portions and reasonably priced. Would have had dessert but no-one came to ask

Lovely meal out while we were in Headingley for a wedding Cosy understated little restaurant Simple and classic Italian food Staff were very friendly and the free shots of lemoncello at the end of our meal were a nice surprise Would highly recommend

We were firstly disappointed when we arrived at the restaurant that there was no cocktail menu, as there had been one on the website, although the bartender did offer to make anything we wanted. Sadly, it turned out that most of the information on the website was not current. We were only offered an early bird menu, despite it being well after the early bird time, and this only had pub standards on it. Having been looking forward to the a la carte menu, this was disappointing, as we wanted a more restaurant quality meal, and so we decided not to stay. The staff could not have been nicer, but it was clear that we were not the first couple by a long chalk to make the observation about the website not being current. We asked for our feedback to be passed on to the owner.

We had lunch 3 weeks ago and ate a lovely sandwich, coleslaw, and red onion, the bagett was lovely and warm. Sadly this time the meal was not as good , no red onion salad and the bread not as fresh

I had my birthday meal there. The food was delicious and the staff where so lovely. My family and I will definitely be going back. I recommend the sushi best I have ever had :)

Honestly the weirdest pub we’ve ever been to. Zero atmosphere, no music or background noise so you’re forced to listen to everyone around you eating and scraping their plates, food took forever to come out and then it was lukewarm, dry microwaved rubbish. Decor is dated and old fashioned. Just not good at all. It has such potential but it’s just naff with no atmosphere or character.

Ideal location for lunch before heading to Headingley for The Hundred. Had early bird special which is excellent value for money. Food and service also excellent. The place itself is great, it’s like being in somebody’s front room. Thoroughly recommend and we’ll go again.

The cafe is fabulous but I think the food let it down, we had breakfast, I had poached egg of which were both hard, I didn't feel as though I could say something due to the head waitress being quite spikey. A women you wouldn't want to cross. All in all I found my experience not a very good one

Fantastic food, meat lovely and soft and tasty. Good selection and reasonably priced. The deco is lovely and bright and lovely Greek music in the background. Only slight negative was that the staff didn’t offer a jug of water for the table and ask if we wanted any more drinks, but they were friendly .

My husband and I had a lovely meal here, we both chose the Murphys Stew accompanied with new potatoes, mash and fresh vegetables, the steak melted in your mouth and tasted delicious, a generous portion that I couldn’t finish. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you Gillian and Craig, we’ll be back soon.

Our 3rd visit to this superb small Thai restaurant close to Headingley Stadium (in between Innings at the Hundred games). On each occasion the food; the service; and the ‘value for money’ has been excellent.

Lovely food. Nice friendly atmosphere. A nice Greek experience. Been going for quite a few years, since Anlaby Rd, we love our trips to The Aegean.
