Absolutely wonderful place. Staff were lovely and food was absolutely delicious. We returned for tea later that day after a fabulous lunch and the Manager asked if we would like the sofa seat to admire the wonderful views over the sea. Will definitely be back! What a magical place.

The Crown Monk Fryston – GarforthThis is my fourth visit to Mistal because I love it so much. Came with my colleagues this time for lunch/afternoon to use the ‘wellness workspace’. Hot chocolate and lemon cake were delicious. I usually have the amazing avocado/peas on toast and poached eggs when I come, but this time I had the sweet potato ciabatta which was very flavourful. I plan to keep returning :)

I fancied some fish and the very helpful waiter recommended the Sea Bream. It was a large plump fish cooked perfectly which I had with some greens that the waiter mixed with olive oil and lemon for me. The starters we had were also delicious and the meatballs were the best I've had, very light and tender and so tasty! Top nosh here!

The views are amazing here with a view of the sea, what more do you need. We have breakfast, lunch and used the takeaway too. We also bring family and friends, they love it too. We are happy with the news that there will be early evening service here, count us in.

Craven Arms – SettleWe went on Saturday for evening dinner. I had the chicken supreme which was very good. My friend had « the best burger ever ». The chocolate dessert was wonderful. Service was efficient but very relaxed. I particularly liked the fact that only the patio allowed dogs in the evening.

The gentleman who served us was quite rude when he was asked about what sugar feee drinks they had available as my partner is diabetic, the waiter just looked down his nose at us and wasn’t very helpful. The lady who brought us our food was lovely and friendly. Just a shame about the male waiter
