I have been visiting here for years and I have never been disappointed. One of the best Thais I have tasted valine for money is great and staff are really friendly too. I would highly recommend this restaurants to anyone.

Fab little pub. We enjoyed 2 courses Sunday lunch and really enjoyed everything. Great place for the kids to let off some steam too with the play area outside. Good range of wine and beers. Would highly recommend

We visited the crown on tapas night. No problem booking table on pubs website. The food was lovely, staff very friendly The waitress changed my uncomfortable wooden chair for a upholstered chair when I asked. Quite a wait for food but it was a very busy Saturday night. We will return to sample the rest of the menu!! Thank you.

Really amazing food, I had the special and my friend had the steak pie which she said was the best she had tasted in a long time. The staff are all so well trained, polite and courteous. The prices were very reasonable. All in all an excellent place to eat.

The food here is so delicious. We all enjoyed every food option we choose. I regret to say the service was slightly poor. We felt rushed when giving our order and the waitress was slightly rude. I would consider getting bigger tables too as small round tables do not fit much on.

Went for lunch, coffee and cakes on Saturday. Really gorgeous food and they had something suitable for my friend's children. Quick service and very friendly staff. Would recommend!

My wife and I visited here Friday night for a celebration. We have been looking forward to the night for ages and we weren't disappointed. Our initial impression of the restaurant was it was quite clinical and minimal. The food was exquisite however. For starters we had pig cheeks and the bacon and both were out of this world. For the main we had steak and duck and again, both were amazing. For dessert we both had the chocolate cheesecake. The cheesecake itself was amazing, the sauce wasnt so much but could just be personal taste. Little touches for us could make this restaurant a further cut above the rest, like cloth serviettes, improving the decor and spacing the tables out abit more, but we came for the food and it didnt disappoint. Group of 4 went for a pre Rhino v Saints game. Food was amazing especially the curry. Fresh, tasty, and excellent value for money. Very friendly place and the house wine wasn’t half bad either.

Our first visit to the new premises. Different staff and the atmosphere was not the same - may just have been that night. The food was as good as ever and the waiters recommendation for wine was perfect. The only criticism /complaint was that ‘there was too much’.

I booked a table for four for me & some friends & it proved a perfect evening. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty to eat. The staff are first class & nothing was too much trouble for them , they looked after us really well & made us very welcome. We all really enjoyed our night & will be going again in the future.

We had an excellent meal here. One vegetarian, one gluten free and one regular meal and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd stayed here previously and had really enjoyed it but we were still very pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the food. It may not be the cheapest place in Settle but it is good value for what you get. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing food and service every visit! The sunday dinners are amazing and so is the fillet and lobster share board! Couldn’t pick between the sides so got them all and they were amazing !

I have reviewed before but after eating at The Crown twice last week with 2 other couples I thought it would be good to share their unprompted comments. "best tapas I have ever had", "best steak pie I've had", " huge amount but I'm not leaving any it's so nice", " really good pub meal". I agree with all of the above - thanks to everyone at The Crown for a great village asset.
