We love going to the Ciders as the food is lovely and if you order from the menu then the portions are a good size. The Lunch time menu are good too. My favorite used to be a Pound (1lb) of Lamb Chops but unfortunately they have stopped doing them. I would love it if they get it back on the menu. Food is 10/10 They have re-painted the external of the building and it looks good, they can do with internal decor too.

The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughExcellent 5***** For the host Cheikhos impeccable hosting. This is the second time I visited in August. Cheikho made myself and my family feel welcome and comfortable . The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. All tables were clean to a high standard. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. We had a plethora of choice from the authentic Italian menu., We all ordered a 3 course meal each and all the dishes were tasty absolutely delicious and also looked appetising as they were presented to us . There were definitely no small portions. We would highly recommend anyone to dine at Cheikhos . I’m sure my family and friends will be paying a visit soon. Thank you so much Cheikho , for running such a wonderful restaurant and offering such superb dishes.

The food is delicious; myself on this occasion having the seafood linguine which had huge king prawns and mussels in. Alcohol is also well priced. The atmosphere in the restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening but there also bigger table spaces which would accommodate larger groups. Everything was wonderful. Thank you

The Cedars – LeicesterHad a nice table although it was close to the speaker which was a bit loud. The food was really good, nachos to share as a starter with pot of chilli. We had 2 steaks with bottle of house red which was fab. Steaks cooked well and my hubby said they were the best he'd had for a long while! Son had a chicken dish which he really enjoyed. Puddings were good too. All in all an enjoyable meal. We were told that we only had the table for certain amount of time which was a bit off putting but this wasn't enforced as we were still eating. Would definitely return.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthHad two brilliant meals here during the August 2020 Eat Out to Help Out promotion. Food was excellent quality - freshly cooked, no generic pub grub here. The new outdoor terrace area is lovely with the lights twinkling and service at both of our visits was excellent. The only downside is we don't live within walking distance so have to fight over who drives and who gets the alcohol! We will be back many more times to our new favourite pub/restaurant. Well played to the team!

The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughWe went for a meal on the bank holiday,atmosphere was lovely also staff very friendly and attentive. But had I of paid full price I would of been disappointed. My husband's steak came and it was quite a small portion which was disappointing. Also I had the sticky toffee pudding which again was more of a childs portion .so even though what we had was nice it wasn't great value for money for what we paid

I have to say that sitting inside was great just as nice as outside. The food we had was amazing as always, my in laws snd I all throughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. One of my favourite places to eat now. Ian and his staff are great, so friendly and helpful and always make you feel at ease even when you're not a "local". Looking forward to returning. Because of lockdown this was our first visit for quite some time. The previous excellent standards have not dropped and the value for money is still first class - thank you very much.
