Excellent food and service.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthThe food was excellent. Poor selection of alcohol free drinks. Need something more sophisticated than coke or lemonade such as elderflower presse.
Cheikhos Restaurant – LutterworthBeen going man at arms for 30 years and they still do great food...
The Man At Arms – LutterworthAlways very satisfactory.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthOnce again great food at great prices. Easy to use app to order food/drinks from yr table and pay. Tables well spaced and everyone wearing a mask whilst moving around, tables sanitised after use. Great!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthHave always loved this place, however Friday night was not for us .had booked a table for 6, was given a table for 4, and told it will be a squeeze. Table backed onto another table, chairs were back to back, definately not social distanced. Everytime a memer of staff came over, they moved there mask down. Girl behind the bar everytime she served drinks, touched the tops of all the glasses. Starters came and the young lad just put them down and said “starters”.... no cutlery given. I didn’t feel there was any Covid secure measures in place.
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughWent for dinner with the mother in law and the mrs .I did say I would not go back after I went when the 50% deal was on .But I have to say what a turn around great food great service and even the manager was more himself .Thanks red lion keep it up ..
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughBeautiful meal , quick service and friendly staff. Great COVID restrictions in place.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthA hidden gem, beautiful terraced bar/restaurant with a chilled out vibe. Gorgeous food and great selection of Gin. Can’t wait to return.
The Lancaster Arms – Leicester5 star
The Man At Arms – LutterworthSo...what can I say? The setting is quite cosy and with a backdrop of bespoke painting fitting with the Italian theme The owner was polite and attentive. Food....fantastic authentic Italian food The wine was recommended and perfect with my seafood .
Cheikhos Restaurant – LeicesterWe had a lovely meal - we thought the prices were reasonable. We understand prices have to go up - the hospitality trade have suffered over the last few months and have spent money so that they can adhere to Covid guidelines. We did struggle to find the wine in the drinks menu on the app - but were put right eventually - I had a pint of lager to start! The only negative was that our table hadn't 't been vacated when we arrived (on time). There were other spare tables but the young lad who greeted us at the door could make a decision as to where to put us. Overall we had a fab meal in a nice clean Covid safe environment.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWarm welcome. Food lovely as always. Small room up the step, was looking very unwelcoming, sparse. Shame the meet and greet chap is leaving, he is so good at his job.
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughCame for a meal for my daughters birthday. Was great to see how well they have responded to COVID guidelines, I loved the lack of contact with staff and ordering from an app was great. My only disappointment was the food. Burger was lovely but chips were old, tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and weren’t nice. My son had fish and chips and he said it was dry and over done but he had curly fries and they were ok. Such a shame as have always love this place and it’s such good value.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthPrices have shot up and kid service has gone downhill. We have been going to eat at this pub for the last 4 years and it used to be fantastic.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthExcellent food, great service, lovely staff food excellent .
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe were welcomed by a very pleasant member of staff who told us the rules. We did feel a bit close to other tables and it did get busy. Two starters out of 4 came then there was a long wait for the other 2 then they came with 1 mains which we sent back Then we asked to make sure all mains came together which did happen but the food was not very hot and the mains that had been out earlier had been warmed through so a little disappointed .
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWhere do I start we ordered the starter a mix kebab and 4 pieces were on the sizzler. One chicken 2 lamb pieces and a kebab. The lamb was extremely chewy as was the chicken there was too much food colouring. If anything the food felt like it was re heated leftovers. We ordered popadoms but the waiter decided to take them before we had finished. The chicken curry was decent and the panned tikka was too sweet. Do not recommend at all.
