The Royal Oak – LincolnVery pleasant restaurant surroundings. The staff are very friendly and eager to serve you either a hot meal or refreshments. Sunday roasts (Topside of Beef, Chicken or Roast Gammon) accompanied with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes & parsnips). plus a decent 3-portional plate of seasonal vegetables. The beef was cooked to perfection and wasn't drowned in gravy. Same goes for the Gammon. Desserts were all very tempting but the Fruit Pavlova was a little bit chewy. Two course meal adequately priced at £12.95. Worth every penny!! Will definitely be calling again.
The Tea House in the Woods – Woodhall SpaLovely proprietors and staff. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Steak night on Thursday is brilliant (get a free bottle of wine too)!
