I've been a regular for about 15 years and will NOT go anywhere else! You haven't tasted curry until you've had a chicken chat followed by a chicken tikka mathi - it's an absolute must!!

Indian Delight – Liverpool City CentreRecently visited Gusto on the 50% offer off bill. Went with my husband and 6 yr old daughter. Couldn't fault it, brilliant. Food was fantastic, and they even gave my daughter an ipod to keep her entertained!
Gusto – Liverpool City CentreMy girlfriend and I have been eating here 2 or 3 times a month for the past year and it is the most consistent restaurant I have ever been to, hence the reason we go there so often. The amazing thing is that it is affordable enough to make 2 or 3 visits a month as the value is incredible. The food is always excellent and the service is great. My favourite restaurant bar none.
Casa Italia – Liverpool City CentreWe went the Walkabout to watch the match and ended up getting some food. We both got burger and chips for £3.50 which is mega cheap in my opinion...... especially for the big portions we got. The service was good and the bar staff seemed up for a laugh. All round good service.
Walkabout Liverpool – Liverpool City Centrethis restaurant has been our favourite for over forty years, even before the present owners took over about twenty five years ago. In all that time food has been the most important thing about the restaurant. Duck dishes to die for. PorkChar Sui never tasted as good anywhere else in the world, including Asia. Highly recommended. We still visit as a family.
Ma Bo Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThe food was good but the service was poor. Although the staff were very pleasant we did have to ask for almost everything . We were initially not offered a drink or even given a menu for which a member of staff did apologise - however we then were not given any bread and had to ask again for our wine. We waited a long time after the meal and eventually were offered a desert, I ordered a coffee while my partner was having his desert however this did not arrive until after he had finished. Lovely food but the service needs attention .
Bistro Franc – Liverpool City CentreMei Mei is defo one of the best Chinese restaurants in lpool.....
Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreMalmaison dishes up fine dining excellently disguised as your old favourites. The service staff are also very customer friendly, which is a nice change. For quality, value and location. very hard to go past.
Malmaison Brasserie – Liverpool City CentreWe visited Gusto on Sunday evening for the 50% discount in the January sale. You need to book online for this offer. We also wanted to see what the live music was like and have to say me and my girlfriend were very impressed with the overall atmosphere, food and service. The music is a really nice touch and doesn't impose on your evening whatsoever. We definitely recommend that you give Sunday nights a try we certainly will be returning!
Gusto – Liverpool City Centrewent there last night 19/01/11 for my birthday & thought it was amazing, food & service was brilliant, would definitely recommend, thanks for a lovely night !!!!!!!!!
Mayur – Liverpool City Centrelovely meal, lovely service, best Chinese in Liverpool, FACT.
Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreFantastic restaurant for large bookings. A hungry group of us visited recently for breakfast and were absolutely delighted with the great service and outstanding food. The homemade hash browns are worth a visit alone!
The Clove Hitch Bistro and Bar – Liverpool City Centrebeen first time on the monro in duke street and we loved it!! having lunch infront of the fireplace was awesome o/ We can't wait to go back, which will be very soon xxx
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreI visited the Monro with my husband on 30 December for their 2 course Early Bird special which is now £13.50. I have been there on two previous occasions for lunch when the food and service was excellent. However, this visit was disappointing. We were quickly shown to a table by the door and given menus. I ordered a bottle of white rioja. My order was taken but then the waitress returned and informed me they had sold out. Not a good start. I chose another bottle. We ordered our food and soon realised that we were not warming up. I asked the waitress if we could be moved somewhere warmer and she said they had been having problems with the heating but it was all sorted now and it should start to warm up. Unfortunately it did not. I went to inspect a nearby radiator which was stone cold. I pointed this out to a waitress and she moved us to a table nearer the centre of the room. All around us diners were sat in coats and scarves looking chilly. The food was delicious. We shared a starter of seafood linguine and mains of seabass and tbone steak. We then sat with empty plates for more than 20 minutes as staff whizzed by us and ignored our attempts to gain eye contact. I eventually managed to stop a waiter and asked him to clear our plates. We shared a dessert of sticky toffee pudding, again delicious. When we were given the bill, I mentioned the lack of heating to the waitress and also the poor service. She did apologise saying they had staffing issues and said she hoped i would return. I hope so too.
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreI recently visited Alma De Cuba with a large group of friends the food was to die for and the service was fantastic. We all had a wonderful time although it was very cold and we had to leave our coats on which I must say this did spoil it a little!!! (It was -10 outside though so a little warmer inside!!!)
Alma De Cuba – Liverpool City CentreCelebrate our's daughter' 18th birthday in Matou! Food was absolutely amazing, staffs were friendly and efficient and of course the stunning view of the Mersey!! Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!
Matou – Liverpool City CentreThe restaurant is pleasing to the eye and there is plenty of choice, however, the vegetarian option is limited to non existent really. Having had the arrabiata as a predictable choice - it doesn't have cheese in- have to say apart from the penne and tomato sauce there was not much else in it. My omnivore colleagues enjoyed their meals and did have alot of choice.
San Carlo – Liverpool City CentreAbsolutely out of this world!! I will return again and again, until it's January diet month! (and then I'll sneak in by myself)
Viva Brazil – Liverpool City Centre2 courses plus a piece of home-made dessert, £12.50. Available until 6.30pm Wednesday and Thursday and until 5.30pm Fridays (excludes Bank Holidays).
