We've had the pleasure of eating at Zorba's many times over the last 15 years, it's got to be our most favourite restaurant of all times. The food is always excellent, the service is outstanding and you can't beat the atmosphere. Mike and Louisa are wonderful hosts and Tony and staff are fab!

Friends were coming up for the weekend and I wanted to take them out for two nights to remember. Friday was the night that I decided that Pierre's was the place to be. They had a 3 hour journey so I wanted somewhere that was relaxing but great quality food. Having eaten at Pierre's more times than my waistline wants to be reminded, I knew that the place would not disappoint. The starters were as divine as they were diverse. Fresh, tasty and quality... There was sufficient time to allow the starters to digest prior to the main event. All four of us had steak and none were disappointing, all cooked to our liking and great cuts of meat. The veg were served up in the standard iron pan (great way of keeping them warm during the meal. The wine was flowing well, and it wont break the bank, great choice of red and white. The only thing that was a surprise is that every seat in the house wasn't taken. Great place keep up the highest of standards.

We recently moved into Liverpool City Centre and this has become our local. At one point we were actually going there about 3 times a week! The food is so tasty and so cheap. Like someone else said there is just so much choice, its always so hard deciding what your going to have. Definitely my favourite place to eat in Liverpool.

Il Forno is by far the best Italian restaurant in Liverpool. The service is excellent. The Italian dishes are all first class. The menu is varied and offers some non-Italian alternatives. The steaks are tender and are cooked exactly to your own personal liking. The desserts here are the best I have ever had. Il Forno is a restaurant you must visit.

Ate here last night and it was a real joy. The menu changes daily so any specific recommendations may not stand but I would like to say that I would eat the orange salsa with anything!! The service was prompt and very friendly. The food is outstanding and I look forward to going back again soon. Very highly recommended.

Est Est Est has an excellent location. The food and service here are very good. Unfortunately the restaurant does get busy so if you have not booked a table, be prepared to wait. I feel that they have tried to squeeze in as many tables as possible into some areas of the restaurant which means that some tables are EXTREMELY close to each other. Est Est Est is a very good restaurant but I feel there are better alternatives.

Fantastic restaurant, food was excellent this restaurant has to be one of the best Mexicans in town! - My wife doesn? like spicy food, and I was very surprised by the menu, snapper, stakes etc, more than your average tortilla wrap! Loved it, recommend to anyone.

I took my girlfriend to La Vina last night for Valentines meal, and it was superb. We had 4 tapas as a starter, that was lovely, then we had a seafood and chicken paella for our main, that was awesome. The service was quick, they left us to eat in peace, but were not far away if we needed them, the food was super, and the price shocked me when i got the bill, it was a lot less than i thought. Ill be going back to LaVina very soon, anyone who wants a feel and taste of spain, go to LaVina!!!

Being a Malayalee I was surprised to find an authentic Kerala restaurant in Liverpool Must say the food reminds me of food I get at home. The taste is very authentic and so is the food. The service is cordial and accommodating.

Hello, I went to Savina Mexican Restaurant in Duke Street yesterday evening. A friend had told me that a new mexican restaurant had opened in Liverpool. I am American and when it comes to Mexican food I can honestly say that I am an expert. We arrived about 7:30pm the restaurant is very modern with fantastic decor. Our waitress was lovely, Spanish speaking as well. We where given a trio of dips and nacho chips. Whilst this restaurant serves its classic mexican dishes, it also serves Modern Mexico City Dishes. I went for the Rojo Snapper and my wife went for the Rib Eye Steak. The snapper was cooked to perfection and my wife said his steak was divine. We both agreed that the Patatas Bravas potatoes (which where chunky potatoes with red onion and chorizo) were absolutely fantastic. I have recommended this restaurant to relatives visiting Liverpool next week, but the only down side was, when they tried to book they where fully booked. A truly fantastic evening. Thanks to all the staff at Savina.

Visited this hotel restaurant on business and I believe it is a bit of a hidden secret. The service was excellent and for a fairly small restaurant, there was a great atmosphere. I had the Chicken Devonshire, which was fabulous. It is averagely priced for a hotel too. Would definitely recommend

had a lovely evening with friends here, good menu choice, lovely staff and loved the banquette seating for a bit of privacy!. Its a shame more people haven't discovered it yet...it is a find to impress your friends with, especially if you get there before the deli closes (about 8 or 9 i think) as there are temptations galore. Much needed in Liverpool, hope it goes from strength to strength.

Had a lovely lunch here- the British Platter for two at £12.95. Ham to die for, Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire, game pie to name a few delights. Definitely to be recommended.

Try this place for lunch - a bit off the beaten track but well worth it. Had a salad of Lancashire Black Pudding with bacon to start with and a main course of Toad in the Hole with a Wild Boar and plum sausage from Cumbria. What can I say ? This place is awesome! Great atmosphere - a real find from your tourist website.
