Lovely staff warm welcome, very large portions really good value cake was fab

Had booked a table for 7.30. Didn't seem to expect us. Main meal arrived whilst still eating starter. Felt abit rushed like they were trying to close up

Fab as always, food is delicious and staff are lovely. Always visit here before our trips to Empire Theatre, great location as well, right opposite the Stage Door.

Brilliant venue, quaint and homely feel to the pub. The food is brilliant and great value for money. I took a member of the family to try it and they loved it. Highly recommend to locals and visitors from out of town.

As always, food and service fantastic, great atmosphere, this is our new favourite place when we come to Liverpool.

Food was really poor standard. We ordered a platter the ribs and corn were cold. For £22 the standard of food was terrible! The waiting staff were really friendly and helpful, and gave us a discount on our food. Would not return and would not recommend it to others.

Food was gorgeous as normal we ha the Laurel and Hardy pizza and garlic bread and my neice had dough balls and scouse

A cracking restaurant for ambience, food and service. Pretty good value too. Needed somewhere close to the Philharmonic so checked on line and booked. Great decision. Will go back for sure
