Fantastic little bar with a good atmosphere. Staff are very attentive and strive to make you feel welcome.
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreVery student vibe. Booked a table but the staff didn't really acknowledge that. Just told us to sit anywhere and order at bar when ready. Food was good value for money but chicken strips were overcooked. No one checked if meals were OK. Fine for a casual lunch or dinner
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreExcellent atmosphere with food to match. Staff always friendly as always.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreBrilliant food - staff were attentive and it was a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend

Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City Centre28/06/24 As a lone traveller on this occasion it was very nice to be greeted and offered a choice of where to sit, a side booth or a window seat where you can people watch and stare out across the docks and the city beyond. Fast efficient service, gluten free menu with plenty of choice. Attentive staff. Main, dessert and Cocktails were all great ! I dined towards the start of service so not many tables in yet. Music in the back ground to keep you entertained when you're not looking around at the various art installations or watching chefs in the kitchen (depending on table)
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreGreat little pub and food is fab. We had pizza and scouse, both very generous portions and very tasty. Prices are very reasonable here and service is super friendly. It was quiet when we went (4:30 on a Monday!) but atmosphere was still good. Will be back - many times!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreAs usual the scouse was amazing - tried the pizza pasty for a change - although the colouring looked a little pale - the taste was amazing - finally a small plate of feta cheese salad was anything but - it was fresh/clean and very generous - only ever criticism is the portion of bread given with the scouse is never enough
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreHad an excellent first visit to Opa Opa. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff and especially the owner, Christaki who sat and chatted with us and was really good company! The service provided was fantastic, the food even more so! Delicious - can’t wait to return!
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreGreat little find, convenient for the train station. Staff very friendly and attentive. Also great with kids. Priced very well for the food that they serve, we wanted something quick and it was and it didn't dissapoint. Would definitely drop in again if I was visiting Liverpool with friends and try the cocktails as they looked amazing!

Souvla – Liverpool City CentrePre theatre pizza and salad - absolutely delightful! Perfect pizza, made to order, and delicious, fresh, crisp salad! Great choice too. The service was quick and the staff were really friendly. We returned after the theatre for a couple of their perfectly prepared Bloody Marys! What’s not to love?!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreHad takeaway gyros from here a couple of years ago and decided to book a table for the daughters 21st. It was midweek so was quiet. We had souvlaki mix platter, gyros, and loaded fries and all were delicious. Afterwards they treat you to a small slice of brownie and cream equally delicious. Well worth a visit.
Souvla – Liverpool City Centre2 courses plus a piece of home-made dessert, £12.50. Available until 6.30pm Wednesday and Thursday and until 5.30pm Fridays (excludes Bank Holidays).
