Love it here it was our first time to the restaurant. Friendly service and fantastic food . And huge portions real value for money. The waiting on staff are very friendly too. We had a family visit and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back soon many thanks

Went with my daughter for pre theatre meal. I had scouse which was delicious, it came with 3 small slices of crusty bread, butter and red cabbage. Daughter had the warm chicken dalad which was plentiful, though the dressing was a bit too mustard for her taste. Garlic bread was more like buttered narn bread but again, no complaints from us. Staff where friendly and funny.

A really lovely, relaxing hour! We’d love some lunch items on the menu.

Spent a relaxing hour in the company of the cats, helped by friendly and informative staff. The cake was excellent and refreshments were well priced. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

My two daughters and I visited on Sunday gone. We has Cake and Coffee.... Delicious. The Staff were very friendly and the Cats were great fun . The place it's self was comfy and incredibly clean. That's important to me... Well done. The Only Suggestion would be to offer some savory foods to compliment the excellent cake

Thank you Jacksons Cat Cafe for hosting us recently! We went as a book club and there were 11 of us. You kindly put us upstairs so we had it to ourselves and we loved all the cats. You could tell they were well-looked after and cared for. We particularly loved Joey who jumped on our shoulders. There was a great selection of cakes and drinks as well. We'll definitely go back! You do such great work, thanks for having us!

Always fantastic here. We came for dinner last night — the service was great, food was delicious and we felt really relaxed and able to enjoy it all.

As per previous visits to this restaurant, nice welcome and speedy service from the team. the Goats Cheeses salad was the best we have had anywhere locally and also in France where this dish is very popular - and against where we judge other versions! Well done to Roberto and Lesley, we will return! Just do me one small favour, look at the price of your house wine....... when buying 3 glasses it works out cheaper than buying a bottle? Any Irish blood in your family by any chance?? Only kidding (as I've plenty of Irish blood in me!)

I booked a slot for a friends birthday. We had a fab time. Many thanks to the lovely staff and volunteers. A fantastic concept with lovely cake. I love that the cats are so well loved and entertained. Well done everyone, Ill be back.

What a magical place! I spent a lazy afternoon relaxing on the sofa, and was joined at various stages by most of the cats, some just passing by, others having a long snooze on the chairs next to me or sitting at the window watching the world go by, and others still (Kami and Joey) choosing to snuggle up to me on my chest or shoulders. Behind me, Patricia – who has the most amazing snore of any cat I have ever come across –was curled up in a corner. What could be better? I should add that the staff (both permanent and volunteers) are very friendly and welcoming, as well as being really knowledgeable about the cats. It's great (and really important too) to hear their insights about the cats and about how this is run. Don't make the mistake of imagining it's just another business out to grab your cash. This is first and foremost a charity, and the money that is raised funds cat care at the rescue centre in Mold. The cats here are all rescues too, many of them with traumatic pasts that you can learn about. To see them all looking so happy and being so sociable now is a tribute to the fabulous work that the rescue centre does. Don't grumble about the prices (which are very reasonable): your money is going to a great cause, and in return you are getting an hour or two of bliss.

Would not dine here again! The food took an hour, was cheap microwaved food. Other fast food places do better tasting quality food. A cocktail had some sort of plastic/ gloppy material inside we had to take out. Refused to pay for the cocktail, staff were nice but we had to ask not to pay and still ended up paying for the rest of the food about £60. Definitely not worth anyone’s money or time sadly! 25/05/24
