Great Food in restaurant Attentive Good fast service Recommended

Just excellent.

Came here for the first time the other day and was very impressed. Was a Thursday night and a little quiet but the staff were amazing, very attentive.

Good to return last night after the misfortune of you closing due to COVID for 10days. The food was gorgeous as usual all staff were very attentive and pleasant. Stay safe see you soon

Our first time here but definitely not the last. Very clean and small intimate restaurant. Service was very good and staff friendly. Very reasonably priced. The food was amazing! Really tasty, good portions and lots of choice. Will definitely be back.

This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last. The food an service were excellent. Staff were very attentive but not overly so and it was great value for money. Would highly recommend. We'll be back soon.

Booked 2 weeks in advance & received instant confirmation email including another the day before. Upon arrival told there was no booking, & if we wanted to eat we would have to be quick as the table was required for another party. I showed the email confirmation but was told it didn't matter we still only had the table for a short period of time, I found the staff member quite rude. Judging by other reviews their is obviously an issue between the online booking system & this restaurant. The staff member said my online booking reservation didn't matter as he had not had a phone call, I presume the phone call should have come from the central booking office maybe Duke St?, as my email did not state a phone call confirmation was required from myself. Aside from this initial disappointment the food portions are large considering we ate from the early bird menu, and the food was good quality though the order the kids meals came out were not as we asked, probably due to the time restraints put upon us, also we had to ask twice for items that didn't arrive. Overall we were very disappointed.

We visited on my birthday and had a lovely meal. My wife and I shared a tomato foccacietta to start and she had the Penne Arabiata with Peperone for her main. My favourite Penne Norma was no longer on the menu but on asking they were happy to make it for me me , which was much appreciated.

Fabulous food, great service and lovely staff one my new favourite restaurant’s now.

Top marks for everything. A solid favourite of ours for a long time. So good we had our wedding meal there! Food, staff & atmosphere are all excellent.
