Took my 6 year old for his first curry at Mowgli. We both enjoyed our food in this cool contemporary Indian restaurant. Real street food. real Indian not Bangladeshi or Pakistani. A real trendy vibe too.

Mowgli – Liverpool City CentreWas in Liverpool for a couple of days and visited Lunya 2 days on the bounce. Once for a couple of glasses of Rioja at the bar and again for their 3 course course tapas lunch. Highly recommended.
Lunya – Liverpool City CentreBest Chinese in the area by far. been going for years and will continue to. Well done Ying Wah!
Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonI was lucky enough to win a meal for four people which we had last Saturday evening. As we arrived we were warmly greeted by Christakis Georgiou and shown to our table straight away. We were advised to choose the meze which was amazing value at £17.50 per person. The dishes kept on coming out, dips of tzatziki, houmous, tahini, taramosalata, tomato and beans, bread, Greek and potoato salad. Then haloumi, lountza, lucanica (ham and sausage) and grilled mushroom followed by Greek meatballs and dolmade. We asked for a break at this point to make sure we could manage the rest of the meal. We then had Kalamari and grilled prawns and finally lamb chops, chicken and pork kebabs with chips. We had a nice red merlot hutch went down a treat with the meal. During the evening the waiters were friendly, efficient and nothing was any trouble and they thoroughly looked after us even though there were three large parties in the room. The entertainment started off with a lovely young lady belly dancer who what excellent, and had the diners joining her to try belly dancing. After that we had a waiter who did Greek dancing and had even more people with him on the dance floor. This was followed by a disco. It was a great evening and we really enjoyed it. It’s a really fun place and a great venue for celebrations. I would certainly go again.
We have been to Bistro Pierre on several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the food, the reasonable prices, the friendly staff, the location and the atmosphere. We have recommended the restaurant to lots of friends. We plan to eat there at lunchtime during half term and since one our group is vegan we were pleased to note that you can offer vegan dishes if arranged in advance. Well done
Bistrot Pierre – SouthportThis restaurant was an absolute pleasure to visit and eat at . The food was excellent and I had to have my main course again because the prawns were that good . Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreWe booked in Saturday 31 August drinks where a bit slow on a two of occasions had to remind staff starters came they were to fantastic 10/10, main meals came everything bar the two chicken Korma's were fantastic the Korma sauce was the worse we tried on a scale from 1 to 10 it would be a have be a 4, I would like to end this by saying before I choose shantii I read the reviews which I thank you for because they where very correct food apart from Korma sauce everything else was fantastic 10/10, the staff where a bit slow from time to time I can live with that, 90% of the staff where very good the one we didn't like was very arrogant through out our time in the restaurant our final straw with him was we left a £10 cash tip after paying with card machine bill was £153.00 we watch him check none of the other staff where watching then put it in his pocket horrible skinny man with a long beard he didn't deserve that tip a bad apple if he can do that he will be sealing all the time off people he doesn't care it has put us off calling again.

Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreA fine curry at Diya on Friday. A handy spot on the A580 from M6 to Liverpool by St Helens. Ample parking. The vegetable pakora was lovely and my Jalfrezi hit the spot! Recommended.
Diya – St. HelensWhat a pleasure to dine here. So different from the typical Greek restaurants in the UK. Proper authentic food from very passionate Greeks who want you to sample the best of their country. A striking and unique space with a relaxing comfort area and a restaurant. I have their specialty starter courgette balls, like a very tasty soft rich croquette and then the chicken souvlaki, Greek streetfood. followed by a proper Greek coffee! Highly recommended!
Greekosophy – Liverpool City CentreLove the double decker New York Style sarnies here!
Capaldi’s Bagel House – Liverpool City CentreThis is the first review I've wrote. Just been for a meal here and felt I had to write a review as the food was beyond delicious, literally the best meal I've ever had and even my ten year old who is the fussiest person in the world cleared her plate. Also the waitress we had was brilliant, she couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend to anyone to eat here I cannot wait to go back.
Summer Palace – BirkenheadHad the most brilliant night inJune for my leaving do. The food was really good-everyone commented! Service was friendly and the entertainment was really good. Couldn’t fault anything.
Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreI visited Blundell Street on Saturday, and the food was absolutely incredible - most definitely worth the money. All staff were very attentive and friendly, especially our waitress Lauren - she was lovely.
Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreOne of the best steaks I have ever had! succulent, juicy, extremely tender, lightly salted with a lovely hint of charcoal flavour. Potatoes and sides were very tasty too. a haunt of Liverpool football stars if that's your thing .
