Been coming here for 40 plus years never been disappointed we had salt and pepper ribs to start and my wife had king prawn chow mien and I had duck and char Sui chowmein piping hot and service top drawer

Fabulous staff, right from walking in, really took care of us. Good atmosphere. Delicious food. Will definitely be returning.

Visited on Saturday 18th Jan with parents to celebrate my birthday on 19th. Food excellent and Malbec was great ! Thanks Simon for the tester of Estrella Galicia ! Service attentive without being overbearing. Only slight criticism was draught with being close to door as people stand in foyer with inner and outer doors open ! Will certainly be back.

Best meal I’ve had in a long time.

Food was lovely, however our meal for two was spoilt by: Starters: one was served then we had to chase the second after waiting 10 mins. Mains: 45 mins after the starters were finished we had to chase the mains. When they were finally delivered part of the order was wrong. At no point were we asked if our food was ok or an apology given for the extremely poor service. Nice food but let down badly by the service and rude staff.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was incredible, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy. Have been recommending it to anyone who will listen since.

Food and service was Excellent. Atmosphere was lovely and entertainment was good. The whole evening was fabulous. We got the Meze and it was all fresh and tasty.

Wow great food, huge portions and such good value for money. Service and staff were superb with the exception of feeling rushed to make our order. We were asked 5 times in 10 minutes if we were ready to order. Besides from this brilliant will be going back sooner rather than later

Love ,love ,love this pub's pizzas,they really are the best around. Every time we go there everyone comments that these pizzas are just fantastic. Whenever we go to the Empire for a show we book into this traditional city pub for tea and it's a great part of the evening.

Very disappointed. Made an online reservation for a meal on Sunday. Received a confirmation email and a reminder email regarding my booking. When we arrived the place was closed for filming but we were not notified on this and I was able to book a table even thought it was closed over the weekend.

First time dining at The Lord Strange. Have a fabulous steak (for someone who isn’t a steak lover). It was the best steak I have had. Will certainly be returning. Staff were very attentive and courteous.

Food was amazing, had a lovely evening, servers were very polite and nice.

Amazing! We went for a casual meal and took advantage of the 2 course's for £9.99. Didnt expect much from this as it was such a low price but we was blown away. Great looking restaurant, friendly attentive staff, quality tasty food and great value for money. Will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely great food at this restaurant, Goya is a really friendly beautiful person, service is really good, highly recommend you give the restaurant a try.
