Worst takeaway I've ever been to! Was waiting 15 minutes at the counter before any of the staff thought to ask my order, although they all just stood round drinking coke and doing nothing! Waited a further 45 minutes for my food once I'd ordered it, and had to ask in order for them to actually start it and was told 'oh your next' Got home, food wasnt even nice! It was all cold, and generally tasted like **** Won't be going back, dont waste your money. Could make better myself. The staff obviously have never worked in a kitchen environment, they was supposedly really busy yet they had about 4 orders to make, which if you ask me isn't busy.

Amazing food and drink, attentive staff, authentic Greek atmosphere, perfect dining experience. Recommended to all my friends. Actually going again tomorrow night.

I was at your restaurant last week and was really impressed!

My daughter and myself dined at Manzo Christmas Day our 4 course meal was delicious, we have dined at several restaurants over previous years at Christmas time Manzo certainly comes top our list, this was our third visit since Manzo has been open and we certainly will be returning very, very soon, the staff are so friendly and attentive we feel as though we have known them for a long time. Keep up the good work Manzo you are all excellent x

Upon entering the hong sing I immediately felt the urge to phone Peter Andre to ask if the 60 minute makeover team could work their magic!. I've got to admit I'm a good looking fella maybe this is why the staff repeatedly marched up and down staring at myself and my lucky wife. Maybe they done this to check if you had ate all the food you had put on your plate as there was a notice saying that if you didn't eat it all you would be charged £4 on top of your bill for waste!. The sui Mae's where nice as I had to eat 16 of them as the rest of the food was proper rank! . I tried 2 beef courses at least that what it stated, I beg to differ that was beef? Also I pointed out to the Mrs that the bae Marie's was not turned on and maybe this was the reason they were lukewarm, to which one of my little Chinese groupies overheard and ran around turning them on. Then the Michelin star chef came out to check they were on and doing their job keeping the meals at the right temperature advised by health and safety keeping bugs at bay...hmm just a little bit late as I've lost 2 stone visiting my bathroom throne already! Besides all that if your into being stared at like a rare artifact in a museum and your struggling to lose weight get yourself down the hong sing it's great! Bring the kids!

Well today me and my friend came to Hong Sing and was disgusted! We felt uncomfortable as the staff kept watching us eat and even took my friends bowl while still eating,The plates was cold which then made our food cold, we will not be coming again.

The staff fantastic. The food was orgasmic. I was on a team night out even our most fussiest eater was in awe of the tomato soup. This is definitely a must place to eat. I thank my friend Elena Romeo for arranging this x

Went to the Palace tonight what a waste of £50. The waiters couldn't be bothered, waited half an hour for a menu and forgot about a drink, you could die of thirst. Food was terrible. If your not a regular forget it, you'll get terrible service even had to wait half an hour for the bill.

Fantastic pad thai and beautifully presented. Lovely and warm staff, will definitely recommend.

Poor customer service served uncooked sausages and when I went back to complain was offered more food, disgusting.

Had a delicious meal of burrito and chicken all spiced up and enjoyed the Mexican style starters. Wonderful and will definitely return soon.

We visited Lucy's today after it had been taken over from Elaine and John who ran it before as Langtry's tea rooms. It was absolutely disgraceful as follows:-

I visited Manzo Friday and had the Minestrone soup starter, Rib Eye Medium well pepper sauce and mixed vegetables finishing with apple stroodle and ice cream desert and coffee. Every bite of the Rib eye was so tender you could easily get hooked on that one meal it was really delicious and mouth watering. The presentation and service was excellent and I will definitely be returning to try other steaks from the menu. Great eestaurant.

We visited Lucy's today after it had been taken over from Elaine and John who ran it before as Langtry's tea rooms. It was absolutely disgraceful as follows:-1. The eggs were like rubber to say the least 2. The breakfasts were a lot smaller than we got when it was Langtry's. 3. Most of the regular customers were not there which says something!! 4, We always had a full pot of hot tea in an insulated pot with extra water. This time one pot of luke warm tea. I understand also that no coffee top ups are given unlike when Elaine and John had it. You were always made to feel welcome, when John and Elaine had it, Marie the waitress and Graham the chef were great as well. Every Saturday we had to say at least 10 'hellos' to all the regulars, but today there were just 2 , so where have all the others gone!! Well they will be losing at least a couple more of the regulars next week as as well as us, another couple who went every week won't be going again!! I doubt that Lucy will ever get back the regulars there. We are now having to find another friendly tea room!!. We won't be visiting again Lucy.

Just in answering the comments Never Again.....23.11.2014. This sounds like a jealous customer who supported the last restaurant operation and is now able to see the great improvements........clearly he or she doesn't recognise a class restaurant...but instead of giving it never again perhaps without a skin full it would be better to try again and to be more objective. Really you are showing yourself up by commenting in such a primitive way about a NEW HIGH CLASS RESTAURANT........Have a nice day.
