I visited the Game Bird on the 2/5/11 with a party of 13 to celebrate my daughters birthday. On arrival we were greeted and seated in a very professional manner by the staff in attendance. Unfortunately that's where the pleasure ended. On ordering the food my partners and my meal arrived in record time but it turned out to be another parties order which we were told by the what turned out to be the Duty Manager to accept the meal as ours. By the time we actually where given the go ahead to start the meal it was look warm to say the least. The rest of the party where given their meals some 45 minutes later. When I approached the Duty manager she advised they where having equipment problems with the kitchen. When i asked her why customers where not kept informed of the waiting time no explanation was forthcomming. As a first time visitor to The Game Bird I dont think myself or my good lady will be in a hurry to return. If I was to mark points out of 10 for The Game Bird unfortunatley they would come in at minus 2.

Ego Restaurant Heswall has always been a Favorite of mine ever since it opened 11 years ago, but over the last 18 months it has gone down hill, It still has it's vibrant atmosphere but the service and food is just getting worse, the waitress serving the downstairs front window has been so miserable for the last 18 months. The Gambas al Pil Pil King prawns sauteed with garlic and chill which my wife always orders has got smaller last month served with five small prawns in a six inch diameter dish, now its being served in a three inch diameter relish dish, I thought it was a joke, then after waiting 45 minutes for my wifes well done steak, only to arrive poring with blood which she hates they have not been able to get the steaks done to our liking over the last 18 months,I ordered Haddock in a Bag Sustainable line caught haddock baked with fennel & fresh seasonal vegetables served with cous cous, it was unbelievable the tail of haddock with dry tasteless cous cous served in TIN-FOIL our guests where laughing saying we should have gone to the chippy,,I did complain and the manager was very apologetic, but the point is you should not have to complain you should be able to go out and enjoy the food,

We went to Bistro Noir in the evening after the Royal Wedding....really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The staff are really pleasant, the food is lovely and the desserts are to die for!!

visited your restaurant last Friday evening with my wife and overall our dining experience was exceptional from our initial greeting, service from alessio and guiseppe was superb, and the food was fantastic ! without doubt the best Italian restaurant in Liverpool and surrounding area , we will certainly be back and will have no hesitation in recommending you to our family and friends. thankyou once again, kind regards paul debby

Would get there early if you want to eat. just left after being told out would be an hour before we could even order food, this after waiting for ten minutes. One staff serving four pm bank holiday Monday. Very disappointed.

Three of us spent a very pleasant evening at Tiffin. The food was very good and the staff were attentive and friendly. The only real issue was which meals to pick as there were so many to choose from. Not being licensed is something of an advantage because you can bring your own and save some money. Will definitely go back.

Sorrento is one of my favourite restaurants in the area! The steak is exceptional, all the pasta is wonderful, the deserts are to die for, and the service is wonderful! Every visit to Sorrento is better than the last!

Had a wonderful meal this evening, lovely room, food was excellent, and staff were excellent, would recommend Schmooze.

I visited the Game Bird today with some friends I haven't been for about 10 years and initially from the outside was not impressed.but once inside we were made very welcome, and the food was lovely. will definitely go back again this time with my daughter and grandson.

I would like to advise your company of the poor service and poor food which i received along with my sister in-law today! As a regular customer i am very disappointed in this and will not return to the restaurant again in aintree Liverpool!

Just passing and popped in for a coffee. Had a go at the daily special, home made roast pepper soup followed by caramelised onion and brie omelette. For a small cafe the quality of the food was exceptional,,omelette moist inside, brie flavour clear but not overpowering etc. Staff young helpful and smiley. Worth going just for the special.

amazing food! The menu has a wide variety of food and deserts me n my wife couldn't wait to eat lol would recommend this to anyone will definitely be coming back.

The best Indian restaurant on the Wirral!!

I always have a takeaway and it's absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended to all. Much more than take away it is bloody lovely. Just like the restaurant is in your own home. Thanks

I´ve ordered twice from Abmuja now and each time it has been amazing !! The food is lovely - probably one of the best indians i´ve had !! The service has been amazing - very polite staff/delivery and always on time !! They even came all the way to Upton to deliver ! Highly recommend !!

Excellent food, quality of presentation and reliable service.Their specials are very original and I loved the Murghi Musaka, chicken and aubergine - absolutely delicious! Best Indian on the Wirral. Try it you wont be disappointed
