We were very impressed with the location of the restaurant, set in quiet countryside. We ordered two steak meals and ice cream, all this represents great value for £10. The service was very good and the quality excellent.

Allerton Hall – Wooltonhad many a great meal in this restaurant. the food is great the service is great the and staff are the most attentive ever.
Quo Vadis – FormbyThe food here is delicious. However the service is lately is very poor. On Friday and Saturday the restaurant is busy, crammed the service is slow and waiters inattentive. Having a booked a table over the phone when we arrived no table was ready and after waiting twenty minutes we has to leave the restaurant. Sadly this restaurant is a victim of its own success.
Elif – Aigburthexcellent food, staff are great - try the T-Bone steak its out of this world - and try the Pina Colada (Brought to you in a coconut) this has to be the best Mexican restaurant in Liverpool
Savina – Liverpool City Centrei visited bistro franc on 24/11/09 along with two friends and sampled the three course pre theatre menu. The cost was £10.95 which is amazing as the food was perfect, portions were adequate, and there was plenty of choice. The service was spot on considering the place was very busy. We will definitely be paying a return visit soon.
Bistro Franc – Liverpool City CentreSite is not disabled friendly as its up stairs, nice room, modern and comfortable, interesting menu with some unusual dishes. Food was ok ish but as a very experienced curry head I thought it was quite under spiced and was somewhat disappointed in the bombay aloo and my king prawn shashlick, reasonable portions and good quality but not up to my taste. Prices are dearish and I came away without the lift of a good feed.
Zyka – Formbysorry but found the burger and chips to be nothing special.....chips undercooked and portion small....person serving was a bit abrupt
The Swan Hotel – Birkenheadstaff friendly - Roast meal was OK.....roast potato were hard and too crispy, three out of four found the meat a bit gristly...was tasty though
Dibbinsdale Inn – Heswalllovely food - good service - be careful with the restrictions on parking outside which are clearly designed for football nights (the footie ground is nearby) but in season applies even if there is no match on
Ruhi Balti – Birkenheadwas the second time i have been to ll forno, the food and staff are amazing but unfortunately the noise from the large table behind me was unbearable!! i really couldn't enjoy my meal an the fire door which was right next to be kept getting opened for people to go outside and smoke which wasn't nice either. I do recommend to go to this restaurant, however be careful were you are sat
Il Forno – Liverpool City Centreexcellent service, very friendly owners and staff. well done. have eaten here many times, and will eat here again, and proximity to pub next door makes it a lovely evening out in Southport.
Bengal Lounge – SouthportWe have eaten several times here and loved it each time. Marc has brought an authentic French flavour to Birkdale Village. The soupe de poisson is to die for but the whole menu brings a touch of the Gallic dining experience with the tiled floor French chansons and the lip-smacking food.
Bistrot Verite – SouthportExcellent Food, Nice Atmosphere, Plenty of Choice and some good deals. If you have a wheat problem - there is lots of choice and help to choose from the menu.
Bistro Franc – Liverpool City Centregreat food and great atmosphere.
Sgt. Peppers Pizzeria – Southportseems to have a new look to the place very cool .the food and service was perfect and the prices are fantastic . the best restaurant in Liverpool without a doubt
Owens – ChildwallGood food but don't go if you are in a group unless you all want a banquet....we booked for 14 covers but because we didn't all want the banquet they gave us 2 tables for 7......at opposite ends of the restaurant! Polite requests to sit closer together were ignored despite tables being available. Great food....bad attitude!
Chaophraya – Liverpool City CentreWhat a night! we visited Almond for the first time on Saturday and it was great! we went for my boyfriends birthday and they made it really special sirloin steak and chips was gorgeous but the whole night was made so special by the new little waiter gerant, he was just so small and cute, he also brought my boyfriend ( who he seemed to take a shine to) a cake with a candle and sang him Happy birthday! we would go back for the food but defo for gerant! what a star!
Almond Bar and Restaurant – West DerbyThe gulshan is a top Indian restaurant! I have been visiting for many years and the restaurant benefits from the new bar upstairs which seems to make the visit more of a night out! Staff are great especially the new editon to the team gerant who is half indian and sings in the bar upstairs at weekends! he makes it a great night and his choice of indian songs are great!
