Maybe not the fastest but certainly excellent food both in terms of taste and presentation. Highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lighthearted and fun rather than discreet and romantic.

Recently had a meal here and can honestly say it was amazing. The mussels are to die for and the mixture of breads with olives mmmm! Would definitely recommend this place every time!

My husband and I have been coming to Casa Italia for over 25 years and we also now bring our grown up children. It is the real taste of Italy - we used to go to Italy and come back to the Casa for a real Italian meal!! It is consistent, good value, good value and has a great ambience.

This place is definitely worth a visit.the menu offers a wide variety ,the staff are friendly and the atmosphere relaxed.not to mention,the dessert menu is to die for!!

Me and my hubby have been here quite a few times as it's really local to us. Food is gorgeous, nice decor with glass chandeliers. We went to the supposed best Indian in Liverpool last year and were not impressed, the Royal is way better.

This restaurant is now called 'Lings on Kings'. I have been to this restaurant a number of times over the last few years, and would recommend it to anyone. The food is excellent, and Ling will sing your favourite requests!

that is an amazing restaurant!!! i go there regularly, at least once in two weeks. and o always order the same dish because i never fed up with it - you must try TORTELINI ALA PANNA - its absolutely gorgeous!!! and portion is massive, my boyfriend always finishes mine!!! staff is very friendly atmosphere authentic - i fell like i am in Italy !!!! cannot wait for my next dinner there!

Hi I have wrote two letters to this restaurant and have not heard a thing. I have also rang twice and asked whether the manager would ring me back but to no avail. I had a meal there about 4 months ago , they had a leak whilst we were there, o.k these things happen but we had to sit there whilst plummers tried to sort the problem out. We had to listen to him drilling full belt, we were expected to carry on and enjoy our meal personally i found it really stressful, no one from management came to our table, we had to ask what was going on, other people were also not happy. It's a shame as the food was quite nice just very poor management. I just think it is so rude not to answer my calls and reply to my letters. I am not after a freebie just would of been nice to been acknowledged. Stick With the Mexican Tavern for overall good food and service cheers joe

Have eaten here many times. splendid place with really nice staff. Food is very good and plenty of it, menu is varied with lots of dishes not usually seen in run of the mill venues. prices are very reasonable , all in all , a nice place to eat out.

Recently had a very enjoyable evening with friends at Fat Mommas.Their service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely go again.

We booked our staff party here for 45 people last night. It was FAB!! the food was beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff! I am quite sure we will be going again and again..... Go there, it's Great!!!!

This has got to be the best buffet restaurant in Liverpool, small on the outside, huge range on the inside. Small and cosy, staff are lovely and friendly. With its unbeatable price of £5.95 and only £1 extra at evening time, with seafood and crispy duck. I go with my family every week, as its affordable and my children love it. I've been to other buffet restaurant like buffet star and maysum, but you cant compare the quality and service with yums. So guys it is worth the walk up bolds street.....

Oomoo has quickly become my favourite place to hang out in Liverpool. Formerly "The White Room", it was taken over in September 2008 and has been transformed into a buzzing, bustling cafe. The coffee is right up there the best I've found in Liverpool, the staff are really helpful; music seems to be an eclectic mix ranging from laid-back jazz to old-school rock and everything in between. The paninis are huge and well-priced, the home-baked cakes and savouries are absolutely delicious! Throw in the bonus of free wi-fi and comfy sofas and armchairs and you've got a friend for life! I can't recommend Oomoo highly enough!

I recently organised a staff meal out and took a gamble on going somewhere I'd never been, and in this case it definitely paid off. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The tapas was fresh and full of flavour, and the generous helpings of home made desserts were some of the best desserts I've tasted. And all of this for under £20 including corkage. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and all of the staff are keen to return.

Lovely food, lovely service - nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. My Mum, my sister and myself go regularly and it is always an enjoyable experience. My Mum doesn't like Chinese food, so she always has fish and chips which she really enjoys. Not only that, but they have a business man's lunch menu, which is three courses for under £6.00 - don't know how they do it, and they serve it until 5 or 6 pm. i wouldnt recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy one word describes it DISGUSTING !!!!!!five of us went to eat there tonight Thursday 16th please dont waste your money .we were over charged at first by ten pounds ,then when i platter started the food looked like it had ben cremated.the chicken legs and wings were all a dark shade of burnt and were all stuck together.as for the main meal of scampi it was burnt.sorry but this restaurant is the pits.,and stupidly enough this is the second time we have ate there omg the food and service is badddddd.

For a "real taste of Italy " you must visit this restaurant ! , i have been going there since i 1st moved to the "pool " over 27 years ago and i can honestly say they are still one of the best Italian restaurants in the U.K. , possibly Europe ! , the staff are really friendly , the service is quick , however be prepared to wait for a table , its worth it ! the food is great value, authentic and they serve generous portions , (i have never made it to the dessert menu !) the atmosphere is lively and always busy, great for a quick bite after a shopping session or a romantic evening treat, the pizzas are thin and crispy and traditional , and the pasta dishes are always hot, fresh and "al dent'e , i cannot recommend this restaurant enough !, you will not be disappointed !
