My partner and I visited Souvla for my birthday. The food was amazing and authentic, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. As for the waitress, she was very friendly and dedicated. We would highly recommend this restaurant! A true Greek gem!
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreGreat food. Staff very attentive.
Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonHow wonderful!! Fab food Great welcome We really enjoyed our evening!!! Thank you!!!
Master McGraths – SouthportFood was very good with lots of choice. We have been lots of times before but noticed a lack of customers for a Friday night hence no atmosphere. There was only one table occupied besides ours so this was worrying. The staff were very attentive and we didn’t wait too long for our food to arrive.
Ayuthaya – CrosbyNever been before but booked to celebrate a birthday. We loved it ! Lovely food, great service and after telling them it was my husband's birthday, they surprised us with singing, cake and candles.... Lovely generous gesture. Would absolutely return!
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthWe visited your pub/Restaurant on 16/10/2024 The food was outstanding and the service was also to a high standard. The only downside to our visit was the Coffee at the end of our meal, we like good coffee and the double espresso was awful.
Master McGraths – SouthportParty of 7 catered for . Stifado was not very good dry and not eaten but no comment made when feedback given . All.other food was lovely as was service . Not very busy
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreLovely clean restaurant. The starters were lovely, shout out to thw fried mushrooms! Lots of pitta bread with the humus. There was 4 of us, we probably could have managed with 2 starters instead of one each. 2 of us had fish and chips and they said the fish was beautiful. One had salmon and said it was beautiful. I had chicken souvlaki and it was lovely and tender. Overall we were very happy with the food and the portions. Will definitely return.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreHave dined at what’s cooking on several occasions during the last couple of years mainly before going to watch a concert at the echo arena near by we arrive on time and we’re shown to a small table for two we ordered drinks and our food shortly after our food arrived we noticed a number of small flies floating around our table we informed our server who commented it must be the small plant on our table I commented i doubted it was that as it was plastic but he removed it anyway and commented they always get flies coming in from the Albert dock outside there doorway but they were not normal flies and they were on our food and drinks but as they were busy they couldn’t move us anywhere else so we got the bill and paid it and left really think they need to get this problem sorted as a matter of urgency
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreOutstanding food and service as always.
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthWe had a lovely evening at What's Cooking. The waitresses were welcoming and attentive and the varied menus had something for everyone. We opted to share the loaded Nachos which were so moreish, followed by excellent Caesar Salads and the Waffles. Nice atmosphere and a great location. We would definitely recommend you.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWonderful food& company as usual. Thank u
Master McGraths – SouthportWe have always come here pre theatre. Good value as always. Food and Service from the lady with bright coloured hair was excellent Popped back at interval as we always do. Always recommend to others and invite friends to join us there. Only negative was the young bar girl, didn’t seem interested in her role. Seemed to be highly irritated if you asked her anything.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreCalled in to Ma Egertons before a show, we had reserved a table which is a good idea if you are going to eat as it gets very busy pre show, the food is excellent, we had a pizza and scouse, both perfect, and prices are so cheap for what you get. Staff are great, drinks are a great price, would recommend at any time. It's a fantastic old pub full of characters and character, great place and the landlady is brilliant.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreTuesday night , lovely chilled out atmosphere, good food , excellent value and very helpful waitress
Souvla Allerton – Mossley HillAs always the cats were in great form and very entertaining. Perfect to cheer us up on a wet October Saturday afternoon. Lovely place to visit knowing our visit supports the amazing work of the rescue
Jacksons Rescue Cat Cafe – HoylakeWe felt an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere from the second we walked through the door, the staff are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the cats and will be happy to chat to you should you wish. The café itself is very clean and decorated well, there are plenty of places for the cats to explore and toys to play with, which makes for good entertainment! There was a good range of food and drink, which was good value for money and very tasty. They also provide covers for your food to stop the cats getting to it. The overall value is excellent and comes with an extra feel-good factor, as all profits go towards keeping Jackson's Animal Rescue going! I will definitely return :)
