Very pleasantly surprised. Had never heard of this place, but it was recommended by our customers for a business lunch. I will definitely be coming back. Food and service was great.

Very pleasantly surprised. Had never heard of this place, but it was recommended by our customers for a business lunch. I will definitely be coming back. Food and service was great.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityCame for the Caribbean Roast and it was incredible We all got the chicken and it was cooked well not dry! The portions are very generous and we were able to pack a doggy bag to enjoy the next day. Will definitely recommend and be back for the roast and to try Fish Fridays! Thank you for the hospitality it was a lovely Sunday evening! :)
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoReally special experience. Amazing wines and a small selection of perfectly executed, innovative food to complement the wines. Lovely staff, homely atmosphere.
Basket Press Wine Bar – North LondonLoved the bottomless brunch! Such excellent service and superb food. Really delicious, enormous prawns that kept coming and wonderful cocktails. Cannot recommend enough
Sea Garden and Grill – TootingHighly recommended. An excellent dining experience. Authentic Spanish cuisine and atmosphere. An absolute delight.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityExcellent again. Have been before and will be back.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityWent with my good friend to enjoy the bottomless prawns! They were amazing and the staff were lovely!! Loved the food and drinks and will defo be coming again
Sea Garden and Grill – TootingWe’ve been coming here for awhile now. The food and service is always consistent in fact, I cannot fault anything. Definitely a hidden gem in suburbia.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonWe came in for the Caribbean Sunday roast. Partner said it was the best roast beef he's had in a long time! The roast chicken was amazing. I just wish they had smaller portions for smaller eater/ children. My son say he liked the mac n cheese but it didn't need the chicken. So the next time we come we will order without.
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoBEST ROAST I HAVE EVER HAD IN LONDON. Props to the chefs because the food is incredible. Service wasn't so great - very slow, staff were almost in a constant daze and didn't know what was going on but the cheery chef made up for this.
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoWe came for the Caribbean roast and it was absolutely FANTASTIC. We loved the food so much. Thethe portion sizes and the flavours were perfect. Unfortunately I found the service a little slow, it took almost 45 mins to have our order taken but perhaps there was a little confusion as to where we were sitting as we were sat outside. I would wait longer to eat that food again!
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoMuy buen restaurante español en londres fui dos veces y espectacular muy buen trato de párate del dueño y camarero y la comida muy buena gracias por su atención y servicio lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityThis was an excellent setting and meal for the family/freinds gathering and the food was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. The normal paella is excellent. Just a couple of issues: 1. Some of the menu is confusing. The paella is £17 pp, the tapas in £34-&50 per person. Why? I like tapas, but not at that price, so no one tried it. Recommend that you give up on the batch tapas and allow customers to order individual tapas plates. 2. The service was responsive and effective. However, once a group has settled in perhaps ask for drinks orders . If a group are there for an extended period then perhaps ask if anyone would like more drinks every now and again.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityBest Caribbean roast we’ve had!! Portions were huge and everything tasted incredible. We will 100% be returning!
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoWe booked for the Caribbean Sunday roast and I must say it is the best one we’ve had so far, and we’ve tried a few…. Flavourful, great portions and lovely little extras to elevate the meal, very reasonably priced enjoyed every bit. Was not keen on the dessert however but I’ve had worse we had the apple crumble with coconut cream. The coconut cream tasted like vanilla essence with a hint of t of coconut would have preferred custard. All in all 8/10 would’ve been higher but the dessert let it down a little. Still very enjoyable and will be back very soon. Waiting staff were not the most attentive but pleasant enough
Rising Sun – Belgravia and PimlicoTook my mum here for her bday a week and a couple days ago and it was BANGIN! I’m not a crustacean lover but after that day I can truly say that I have now found a new love for shrimp. Even the bread that the prawns was served on was delectable! This was the first place ever where I consumed that many prawns and genuinely liked doing so. The manager was one of the nicest managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a restaurant!! Carlene I want to say her name was? (Sorry if I misspelled it!) lovely smile, can’t miss it! Prawns = flavoured and delicious. Passion fruit cocktail = delicious and delicious. That was my favourite even though it wasn’t mine lol. The oyster (and I hate them EvenThoughiNeverTriedOneBefore) WAS DELICIOUS! I didn’t taste the lobster tail because it’s my mums favourite (she offered me some of it but I refused because I’m such a great and fantastic guy, what can I say aye? lol) The BREAD!! Oh my gosh. It soaks up all the sauce and seasoning but it doesn’t turn into a soggy mess which was shocking to be honest. The staff behind and in-front of the bar were AMAZING! I forgot the waitress’s name but she was so helpful. Chefs = talented. Be advised though, I wore a light blue top like a wally and left there with tasty orange sprinkles all over it from de-shelling the bottomless prawns. Wear orange, yellows or reds or something haha. Man slapped three and a half plates and I couldn’t hack the fourth lol can’t lie. Had such a nice time and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Sea Garden and Grill Tooting!
Sea Garden and Grill – TootingWow. Where do I start. My wife and I had a spectacular meal here. I had a fish taco to start and she had the oysters, both went down a treat. For main we shared the MK Platter for two: lobster, smoky chargrilled prawns, scallops, and mussels in a lovely tomato sauce. Every element was spot on. I finished with the homemade tiramisu (my favourite dessert) and it was easily one of the best I’ve had - perfect texture and sweet, heavenly flavours. It brought back memories of my Italian childminder’s version. I literally savoured every spoon. The team handled my wife’s dairy allergy very well, offering clear options and making sure everything was safe for her. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautifully designed interiors that felt both classy and homey. The soft Latin music—think Pablo Milanés— was a nice touch and completed the relaxed vibe. Service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely respectful without being overbearing. It’s rare to find such a balance of great food, ambiance, and hospitality. This is not our first time here and will definitely not be our last. And I think it has just taken the top spot for "Our favourite restaurant to go to on special occasions".
