The Chequers Inn – LymingtonI would not hesitate to recommend the Town House as a venue. All the Malt Cinema Volunteers who came to lunch enjoyed their meal choices. They commented on the presentation, taste of the food and the efficient service afforded. This is the second year of our group having the lunch here and would consider it again for the future.
The Townhouse – LymingtonA great find. Good hearty food and a fantastic ale - Romsey Gold
The Chequers Inn – LymingtonWe had a wonderful dinner at the East End Arms and, although a long way from our home in Cornwall, we will return when we are in the area again. My husband had beef and ale pie, which was first rate, with plenty of steak and was very tasty. It came with mashed potato which was smooth, with a good texture and a selection of tasty vegetables. He finished with apple crumble, which was large and delicious! I had salmon with bok choi which was excellent, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I had ice cream to finish and was able to choose from a good selection of flavours. The drink nenu was comprehensive too. The staff in the bar, restaurant and indeed the hotel, are very friendly and professional and we highly recommend eating and or staying here.
East End Arms – LymingtonWe are now regulars at the East End Arms. The food is always first class and the staff efficient and friendly .....and the dining room is also dog friendly. On our latest meal my wife and I both had the Steak & Ale pie - very tasty and generous pie and mash with first class vegetables. For those of a certain age, do also enjoy looking at all the photos on the walls.
East End Arms – LymingtonFantastic food, cosy atmosphere and service. Enjoyable evening after an afternoon of cycling.
The Chequers Inn – LymingtonWe loved eating at the East End Arms. Staff were super friendly, and my scallops and fish and chips were fantastic! How do you make the batter so crispy but the fish so tender?! Arrive early and enjoy a pint at the bar, and allow some time to look at all the photos on the walls! Thank you
