We have been a couple of times, the staff are lovely and helpful. The food is really nice, my husband said his pizza was the nicest he has ever had, and that includes our Italian holiday!! I would recommend

Visted on 11.02 with my partner, great attentive service without being pushy, relaxed atmosphere, not rushed, food was amazing will definitely be back!

A Tavola never disappoints. The food is phenomenal and the menu offers a great choice of proper Sicilian, incredibly hard to find anywhere else. The staff and the welcoming atmosphere is great too and it is another reason why we are always happy to eat here

Poppadoms on this visit a bit stale tasting, not crisp. Main course lukewarm. Previous visits excellent.

Back again and not disappointed. We had a Lebanese dish off the specials board and it was fabulous . The chef took time out to talk through ingredients which was lovely. He has a real passion for his work. One of my favourite places and well worth a visit.

Went as party of 7, service was great, everyone happy to serve us. Ordered starters and mains and food was sooo good, I had hanging kebabs which were amazing!

What a wonderful restaurant, and definitely a welcome addition to New Mills! I had visited it's original format in Reddish before the pandemic and loved it then, but it has evolved into something very special in it's new home. The food is varied and offers choices you would not normally see in the usual Italian restaurant, and it is all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The service is attentive and very friendly, and we enjoyed learning about the origins of the recipes. You really feel it is an authentic Sicilian experience, and I cannot recommend it enough. I have been visiting a few restaurants recently to celebrate my birthday with different groups of friends, but this was definitely my favourite meal so far, can't wait to visit again!

Second visit on 9th Feb and just as great as the first time. Small intimate restaurant, not too chaotic. Friendly waiting staff. Great food and reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

We have been coming here for about 3 years when it was previously the chilli banana, this was our first time visiting since it was renamed nocks and it was just as gorgeous as before l, same amazing food, lovely staff and calm, welcoming atmosphere. We travel up from Liverpool to eat here and it’s worth every second of the drive. The best Thai food I’ve eaten hands down Cant recommend enough Only wish I lived closer to visit more

Visited last Thursday, after having a lockdown 40th we had delivery that time, which was absolutely delicious, so thought we would visit this time. Had the meat platter to start which was absolutely delicious and was glad I'd ordered the ribs and chicken for main, however the ribs I recieved with my main weren't a patch on the starter, very dry with not much meat on. Took them home for the dogs. We also had the grilled fajitas which just lacked any real taste, same with my daughter's burger, which she said wasn't a patch on courtyard and looked abit processed. Was left a little disappointed with the experience.

Called in Thursday night for pre theatre meal with my brother. All I can say is it was fantastic. We were given a starter of bruschetta , then Ministrone, followed by pollo alla creme. Then coffee and Limoncello. Cannot wait to return in March. Grazier Mille. CIAO.

This is probably one of the best value for money restaurants you’ll ever visit, not your usual Mediterranean restaurant as the tastes are totally different to what you think you’ll be getting but in a great way, food is excellently cooked and presented and all done in a homely and friendly way that you’ll go back for again and again.

Wonderful food. Great veggie and vegan options. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
