Great place for a meal pre concert friendly staff good food

Food was excellent and service extremely welcoming.

As always, excellent food, great service and very good value!

Fab food, fab staff, fab atmosphere. One party were a bit loud but it didn't spoil our night. Staff apologised and handled it well. Will definitely be coming back.

I love Marios it always has a good atmosphere and he always makes the effort to chat to everyone it’s so friendly. I always get an excellent meal an its very good value for money and the portions are very generous. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. All in all I couldn’t recommend enough.

Went in after the Halle Concert and had a great meal. All 3 of us enjoyed it and it was great to be recognised after such a long time since the restrictions. Specially enjoyed my Penne Mafiosa. Nice comfy place and good service

Came for dinner on Saturday 29th January - our first visit and it certainly will not be the last. Absolutely superb service, great staff and the food was amazing to say the least.

Food was delicious, all arrived in good time - pre concert menu. Restaurant was filling up but there were plenty of staff on hand

Always excellent food and amazing value and quality in a great atmosphere

As always delicious! From the service to the food, to the drinks, it's always spot on and never disappoints. The place was packed, but everything was still 5 stars. The pork was amazing, we didn't think pork could taste so succulent. The pumpkin and sweet potato curry was full of flavour, would highly recommend. Well be visiting again very soon!!

Food was absolutely delicious, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the decor was newly refurbished it looks fab! Also have to mention the atmosphere, perfect. Will definitely be booking to come here again!

Enjoyed the meal but slow service, ( Sat night )more staff needed , Chicken Jalfreze is onion based! please do not add raw peppers ! other wise excellant.

Exceptional. Perfect evening at Chakalaka's. Nothing as too much of an issue here, & the staff really do go out of the way to look after the tables. The food was packed with flavour, authentic & hearty. Special mention to Adrian who was friendly, attentive, able to provide recommendations & accommodating with us amidst a change on the size of our booking, an asset to the team. Thank you for a perfect evening. This place is really something!
