We went for a pre-theatre meal. Really good meal. The salmon was superb. The restaurant was very busy but the service was very good and we left in good time for the theatre. We have been before and would definitley go again.

First visit to A Tavola and can't praise it highly enough. The atmosphere, service and food were excellent - had a great evening and will be going again very soon. Thank you very much.

First ever visit with 4 friends couple of weeks ago. Recommended by one of our party who had been to previous incarnation in Reddish (and New Mills). What a revelation.... Who knew there was a little bit of Sicily down the road from Swizzels... Lovely people, hugely varied authentic menu - and great specials. We had a range of dishes all of which were excellent and genuinely invoked places where we had visited and dined during travels past (once had wild boar ragu in Siena) Can't wait to go back with other friends (A Tavola, I mean - but Italy as well..).

The wild mushroom risotto was delicious, and with fab music at the open mic night!

Visiting our daughter at Uni, she recommended Giorgios local to her accommodation. Easy to book online, friendly atmosphere and staff, plenty of choice on the menu. Everyone enjoyed there meals, so a big thank you to the team. See you next time.

Had a lovely meal yesterday evening. The staff were excellent. As it was a birthday meal they kindly provided the candle which was lit when the cake was brought to the table and the member of staff who brought the cake even joined in singing Happy Birthday which was a lovely touch. Thank you.

Went with three friends last night. Had the small plates offer. The food was excellent all the dishes were so good and excellently prepared and presented. As there was 4 of us we were able to get 10 plates which was most of the menu. Beautiful. The pub was not full so not a lot of atmosphere but I know it bounces other nights and we had a lovely time. The staff were excellent. Thanks for a great night.

Enjoyed Sunday dinner at the Fat Loaf yesterday .. excellent meal as always. We have been regulars at the Fat Loaf since it opened and have never had a bad meal.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here with friends and my husband.I can't eat garlic as it makes me very ill.The menu listed whether each meal had garlic in it or not.I was able to have a beautiful pasta dish with salmon and prawns. Well done. The staff were great.

We ate here Saturday night. Lovely pub inside and out. Halloumi Fries were amazing but there is not much on the main menu for vegetarians. I had the pasta (it was that or mozzarella and tomato salad). The pasta was over cooked so very soft and was made with sun- dried tomatoes, it was unfortunately too strong a flavour for me . The rest of the food was delicious. The liquor coffee was just a white coffee ( not with the cream floating on top) which was surprising and the service wasn’t the best, drinks took a long time to come while staff were stood around.

Had a fabulous pre theatre dinner with friends Fillet steak cooked to perfection. Great service and very attentive host. Couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommend
