I was in town on business and stumbled on this place, I ended up going back a different night too as a treat. The food was excellent, very authentic and generous portions and it's very good value for money. The staff where very attentive and friendly and made feel welcome. Would definitely go back.

Brill Brill Brill - what a find. We were told to go by a couple we got chatting to at a comedy club, a bit random but if it crops up in conversation with strangers you think it must be good, and we weren't disappointed. Staff are fab.

Great Restaurant. Been many times. It is an oasis in the middle of Urmston. The Food is excellent and the service is top draw. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys excellent british style food cooked with quality ingredients.

Went to Evuna early evening with 2 friends and took advantage of their lunch time tapas menu (as it does not finish until 6pm). The food was out of this world, the wine which is at a lower price as part of the lunchtime deal was also really good but it is only the first glass that is at the lower price and this was not made clear on the menu. All of the staff were really friendly and tentative, and the ambience was really chilled out and relaxing. Evuna does appear to be a little more expensive than the other local tapas bars but is well worth the extra money. I would highly recommend Evuna to anybody who would like to try a Spanish restaurant or anybody who is looking for somewhere to eat and drink in Manchester. This was a really good experience and I will be returning shortly.

I love the pub, food, beer, modest prices, location. No rough people ... my type of pub!

Ate at Dimitris on a lovely early Friday evening, very busy, one of the few places in Manchester that you can dine outside, nice atmosphere, restaurant is much bigger than i thought. Great variety, nicely presented and very reasonable, casual dining. Nip into the Cask bar just around the corner, for a pre dinner pint. Recommended

Outstanding restaurant. I went to Chaophraya's bar as part of a Pro Manchester networking event and felt inclined to return for a meal upstairs. Thoroughly wonderful food and service and we went away delighted. I even managed to persuade the owner to purchase one of her cow shaped milk pourers! Wonderful restaurant and one of Manchester's finest

Well, what can i say! we were invited to a friends birthday at Amici's, it is the best night out i have had in years...unfortunately we live in Birmingham, please open one in the midlands! Ps -it was the freshest salad i have ever eaten in a restaurant- food is just as good as the atmosphere.

A marvellous restaurant on a street full of bars. Genuinely nice staff which makes such a difference, and food which I absolutely devoured.. Starters are very light and the fish main course i has was perfect. I was surprised the bar was so busy on a Thursday but it gave the place a nice atmosphere. I have already booked for our anniversary.

Under new management and about time - no more ribs in pernod - Hooray. We went this week... freshly produced food and good value, much better than before. Check out the huge fish and the steak rossini!!!

The food is great, the chic art on the walls and the totally camp style make this a great place to eat - we love it and go often. On a Saturday lunch after shopping try the set menu for £12 each , gorgeous 2 course of the normal menu... We love this place and take all our friends.

The Balti Massala is now The Blue Nile. Completely refurbished but with the same superb food and even better staff. Still the very best

Visited Tuesday night, expecting great things after reading the rave reviews on this site. Decor - lovely. Staff - welcoming. Smells- lovely too. Food - 'It was alright' described by my son and I tend to agree. Had similar service and authentic Thai food elsewhere in Manchester.

Fantastic curry house...forget Rusholme, this is the real deal! Ive been eating here regularly for 15 years, I can? fault it

We visited Chaophraya on Sunday evening and have to agree with all previous reviewers and say that everything about this restaurant is outstanding. The service is fantastic - we arrived at 4.30 and were told we could either eat in the bar from the bar menu (which is very nice for a bar menu and you can sit and watch them cooking in the open kitchen and there are some lovely booths to sit in) or we could wait till 5.00 and go in the restaurant. We decided to wait so they brought us some complimentary Thai crackers whilst we waited which helped with the hunger pangs! The building itself is beautiful and the restaurant inside is gorgeous - lots of authentic Thai furnishings and pictures. Also the menu shows some very old pictures of Thailand in the 1800's which was fantastic to see if you have been to Thailand - to see whats different and what hasn't changed. The staff are all very friendly and chatted to us about where we had been in Thailand and where they were from etc. As for the food - well I could have closed my eyes and been back in Thailand - it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious - I could not fault any of it. This restaurant has everything - looks, ambience, service and stunning food. Also, the price is very reasonable - £45 for a two course meal for two with wine. HIGHLY recommended - can't wait to go back.

The food is delicious, they do not overload the recipes with to many hot spices, you can really taste the ingredients. If you love Indian food I would definitely recommend you try the Sunar Gaw.

Excellent food and a very friendly atmosphere. Would go back again and again.
