had a fantastic party night there. the food was great and we had great fun with crazy wendy.

This is the city centre venture by the eponymous Wing, whose Cheadle Hulme restaurant has been a well kept secret for South Manchester residents for a number of years. He has continued the excellent, and out of the ordinary, range of dishes previously offered and transposed them into a luxurious City centre setting. The outcome is sheer joy! Another huge bonus is that Wings is open from 12 noon to 12 midnight, so searching for pre- or post - theatre eating is a thing of the past. Just try it - you will not be disappointed.

Great place for steaks although on my visit the lamb ordered by my friend was cooked outside and not inside our starter of pumpkin soup was lovely although we found the wine menu expensive. It? a great place for a visit with Argentinean themes and saddle bar stools also t?s good to be able to see food being cooked which adds to the ambience of the place all in all not bad

We are regular visitors to this friendly establishment. It is nice to have such authentic cuisine in our city. recommended for children ...we take ours regularly and they are well looked after

Visited here with my husband and 2 children 18/9/04. It was very busy but all the staff were very polite and nothing was too much bother. They made a fuss over my children who were in their element. Can't wait to return.

Go on a Friday night if you like cool jazz. The atmosphere is terrific.

Having spent a great deal of time in Spain I found the food very authentic and very well priced, Wine list could do with a few more selections but thats just me

Really nice food, and the staff are brilliant. If you take someone for the first time and make sure they get the "special chicken" you'll get a sample of their sense of humour!

Although the food was very good as was the ambience, the staff were over attentive which ruined the evening. It was hard to have a conversation or enjoy the night when the staff were waiting in the wings for my glass to be less than half full to top it up. We felt we were being rushed and weren? able to relax. In spite of this the meal was very nice.

My favourite city centre Italian for some time. Traditional decor and atmosphere, intimate (though make sure you ask for a table downstairs, not upstairs which is rather barren), and superb food. The steak in particular is HIGHLY recommended. The service has been getting worse with each visit recently though. Forgot my starter and wine and very slow with each course. I will still be back for the steak though!

Very nice service. Nice surroundings. Everyone? food, both starters and main courses were excellent without exception, which cannot always be said in all restaurants. Very authentic.

What a fab restaurant. I'm lucky enough to visit about once a month and am never disappointed. A truly Italian feel with superb food, wine and impeccable friendly service. Great for the family, a group of friends yet intimate enough for a romantic dinner. Can't recommend it highly enough, Try it and trust me you'll love it!!
