Pearl City Cantonese Restaurant – Manchester City CentreThe Al-Faisal is more of a cafe than a restaurant, open all day and shuts in the evening. The food is out of this world, I would recommend 2 kebabs for starters, Lamb tikka with a curry sauce & garlic nan. If you make it on a Thursday, try the lamb chop curry !! Awesome, Awesome, Awesome !!
Al-Faisal Tandoori – Manchester City CentreI have been to the Grinch several times and the food is always excellent. Their duck salad is to die for and their pizzas are among the best in Manchester. The service is pretty slow and a little unreliable which is a shame, but overall I highly recommend this restaurant.
Mud Crab at Grinch – Manchester City CentreWe had a fantastic 2 course meal for £14.95, served to us as we lay on a bed. Great atmosphere and the girlfriend loved it!
Tribeca Bar and B.E.D – Manchester City CentreExcellent traditional bustling Victorian pub in the city centre. Seemed popular with all types of clientele when we visited - business people, tradesmen, Christmas shoppers etc. Interesting menu with some pub favourites combined with some more adventurous dishes - something for everyone. Excellent standard of cuisine. Good choice of wines. Will definitely revisit.
Mr Thomas’s Chop House – Manchester City CentreI went with a group of friends at the weekend and had a great time and meal. The service was outstanding as the waiter organised, selected and delivered all our food which was delicious. I'd heard lots about the Yang Sing and I wasn't disapointed.
Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreThe food was very good and the restaurant really has a reputation amongst the chinese. Food is cooked quick and is very delicious.
Happy Seasons Chinese Restaurant – Manchester City CentreGreat surroundings, great service and excellent value for money. Order the Meze Meal eat as much as you like for £15.00 outstanding value and choice.
Sokrates Taverna – SaleForget Rusholme or the City Centre, if you want the best curry of your life come here. A friendly family run business that serves Nepalese/ Indian food. Seems like the cliental ae all regulars and more like friends then mere customers! The curries were delicious and not the usual slop with 3 pieces of meat floating in the middle that you get in most Indian restaurants. The menu is extensive and well priced. We recommend that you try the unique Nepalese dishes on offer as they are simply gorgeous! I recommend that you try the Chicken Chilli and the Momochas. On our first visit, we could see couples, business people and families all obviously enjoying the atmosphere and cuisine. The waiters are all Nepalese and serve the dishes with a flourish and were very attentive. We have been half a dozen times since, for quiet couply meals and also took the whole family. Can get very busy on weekends, so recommend you book first. Had a very good extensive wine list and the home made Kulfi icecream dessert has to be tasted to be believed. Miss this place at your peril! 10/10!
Jai Kathmandu – NorthendenI have visited this pub many times and always found the food to be excellent. The beautiful interior and friendly atmosphere make this a definite must for everyone!!

Shahenshah Restaurant – RusholmeHad a great meal.Top quality italian cuisine.Only just found it,but we will be back. There is also a very good "early bird"menu.
Stock Restaurant – Manchester City CentreWent for a work leaving do and enjoyed it so much took my mother, husband and daughter for my birthday the following week. All thoroughly enjoyed it.
Koh Samui Thai Restaurant – Manchester City CentreWell - where can I start! If you are a bit like me - a late 80's person, you will love this place. It's right back to the good old "dine and disco" - fabulous! You really need a few of you to go here - about 10 minimum. You book your table - order your food a few days in advance - good choice of food by the way. Enter on the night and just wait for a bit party. The food is served quickly and efficiently and is of excellent quality. Staff are attentive and keep drinks topped up always. Then when everyone in the restaurant has finished eating - the disco starts! Tunes are not for the modern clubbers - more the old time clubbers from the 80's - things like Come on Eileen etc... real feel good tunes. I went with a party of 20 - and have just booked New Year's Eve there - a party of 10 and I am sure everyone will have a great time. First Class!!!
Amici – StockportFantastic food and very reasonable prices. Quite a small place and very busy on a weekend so booking is essential. Feels a bit cramped but well worth it for the food.
Original Third Eye, The – DidsburyFantastic food - really friendly staff. Very relaxed place to come. We go every week! C u there :)
Shahenshah Restaurant – RusholmeGood food, great atmosphere Helpful staff
