The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeHad a beautiful Sunday lunch yesterday. The Crème Brûlée I had for dessert was the best one I’ve ever tasted
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeGood service. Ok menu although some options not available. But was was Easter weekend. Nice place all told. Easy to book online

The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeIt did what it said on the tin. Pub food, served promptly with a smile. We were in the worst table for 2 in the pub but it didn’t spoil our experience considering it was a last minute booking on Easter Saturday. We will be going back. Excellent food and great pub atmosphere
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeWhat a lovely place! Quaint, rustic little gem in the middle of the countryside. Beautifully furnished, friendly staff and first class food. Would definitely recommend!

The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeVery easy to book on line and received a reminder about the booking. Lovely welcome at the pub, service was prompt and courteous. The meal was lovely. Bottle of house sauvignon blanc probably a bit overpriced as was only 11%, however, it was very pleasant. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. I didn't have my dog with me on this occasion but I could clearly see how welcome dogs were.
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeRelaxed and great for kids and dogs. Food is fresh and great value for money. Staff are a credit. Nothing is too much. 10/10
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeHad a brilliant time. The food and staff were great. Definitely will be returning xx I would give a 5 for everything but I spent a lot of time trying to get hold of someone via email or the phone. And a reply to confirm plans needs improving.
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeThe pub is excellent with great staff and food. Currently the best pub in the Arnside&Silverdale area for food with good beer
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeI was recommended this place for a roast so thought we'd give it a try. Very disappointed with the food, in particular the roast - luke warm at best, clearly just been reheated but not well enough. Roast potatoes stale inside and nowhere near hot enough. Gravy was extrem watery. Partner got chicken wings, again luke warm. Such a disappointment. Positives the staff were very pleasant.
