Absolutely the best café in Newcastle. They make the best "bailey latte", the best cheescake...just the best off everything. The atmosphere is top class, and the owner is the most friendly man you can imagine.

Nice place, good food although menu is a little on the small side and not many choices for the fussy eater (me!) food is good quality although sometimes a little slow. customer service etc can be ever changing depending on the staff working that day. puddings are also a let down as they look like bought in... which Italian doesn't make their own tiramisu? because these guys don't! prices are average not too dear but not that cheap either. atmosphere is always buzzing because you are packed in so tightly your often touching the next peoples table!

I have been eating at Mamma mia's over the past 20 years and I am yet to be disappointed. Food is excellent, prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Its a typical Italian restaurant with typical Italian atmosphere! Had lunch there again today and those meatballs keep getting better!

The food in this restaurant is absolutely lovely. The decor could do with an update but don't let this put you off. The staff are lovely and friendly and the prices are reasonable. I had stuffed peppers to start and then lamb stew with rice and they were both devine. I will definitely return.

Great atmosphere, excellent food , really efficient service,you can take your time with your meal or if your in a hurry can be in and out quickly.

We ate in Fujiyamas last night, had the most amazing food cooked for us, and the entertainment was second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone, large and small groups included.

This restaurant has given me and my family so many good memory.We been going to Dragon House fo 15 years and yet we still enjoy it. I am very delightful with the services and foods serve in this restaurant especially the staffs are so welcome and friendly. This is my best recommendation for anyone who look for good party or night out ( Birthday, Anniversary, Company dinner and etc) or even surprise party. Karaoke and private function also provided as me and my family book the function room for my daughter birthday last month. Enjoy yourself everybody!!

Another little cheap and cheerful Italian, quality of food OK, but nothing special, service was good, but I wouldn't go back! Maybe OK for large parties after a night on the town :o(

Superb restaurant, quality of food is of the highest standard, I've yet to find a better Indians in Newcastle! First class service with little interruption to enjoy your meal! Fantastic value for money, they also deliver with discounts on menu prices!!! Tables always available for any sized party, excellent cleanliness throughout and the house wine is very good too!! This really is Newcastles best kept secret! I can not rate this restaurant highly enough! Not to be missed!

I recently had dinner at the Newcastle Malmaison Brasserie, it was fabulous!! The food was divine, as was the service. We rounded the evening off with a couple of cocktails in the bar overlooking the river. Perfect end to a perfect evening!

We had dinner at Sky Apple and had to go back the next day for lunch just to check we didn't just hit good luck!! It was as it was the night before - fabulous! The best burger (veggie or otherwise) I have ever had! If I lived in Newcastle, I would be there as often as I could!!

I love Nando's, I always check to see if there is a Nando's near by when I stay away on business. You can't beat the distinctive taste of flame grilled chicken with the extra hot sauce poured all over it. Try it and see for yourself.
