Excellent food as always!

Lovely food very tasty . Fine dining at its best . Wine was delicious . Staff were very knowledgeable

Average food, in a freezing cold venue, with no atmosphere. Wasn’t too expensive, but the portions were small, had to stop off for a burger on the way home. Sardines were too big to eat with the bones - too crunchy - but small enough so very fiddly to get the bones out and access the flesh. Hummus had the taste and texture of peanut butter with olive oil on the top. Japanese glaze chicken was lovely - very small. Portuguese chorizo was the blandest chorizo I have ever tasted, I’ve bought better at a supermarket, and was only warmed slightly. Mediterranean salad was full of flavour and fresh, as were the potatoes. The highlight was the mustard sauce with the pork sandwich, although the pork was a little chewy. So cold we didn’t take our coats off.

Visited on Saturday evening with two friends who came to stay with us. The meal and food was fantastic and probably the best food in Norwich. The service is impeccable with Jorge the owner on hand to answer questions and make recommendations. All the staff are very attentive and offer second to none service. The restaurant isn’t very big but that adds to its charm and atmosphere. Absoloutely recommended

This is a wonderful and intimate restaurant with a great selection of wines and food. The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had the cataplana with fish and seafood which was in a delicious tomato broth with lots of flavour. Would recommend with some side vegetables. The white wine was recommended and w did not disappoint. The dessert - almond cake with lavender ice cream was outstanding, one of the best I’ve had. Would recommend to any meat and fish lover and will definitely go again.

Amazing food! The crab tempura was so light and crispy! Best of all was the staff greeting, very friendly and attentive!

I went there with my husband and our little boy. The staffs were so nice and the service was great! My fav sushi restaurant ever. I'd say this is the best I have ever been all of my life. Ps' I'm from Asia and I went to Japan so many times, but here is better XD

The food was amazing, can highly recommend the Stone Fish special. Loved the desserts and a very extensive wine list too. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Will be back.

Literally the best tapas we’ve every had. The food tastes better than Michelin star rated places. Attention to detail is spot on and the service is impeccable. I would eat here for every occasion! We would like to come for an evening one time as so far we have just had tapas lunches.

We had a table at 19:30 on Christmas Eve. Food was delicious but service was slow and we didn't get our food order until after 20:30. We even forgot about a couple of dishes we ordered as they arrived about 45 mins after the first ones. A few things were out of stock when we arrived, and at two points during our meal we were told two dishes we ordered were also out of stock. We cancelled one and for the other we changed from squid to prawn tempura instead, however got charged for both tempura dishes. I only noticed this coming back from the loo and my boyfriend had already paid and not seen the mistake. We decided it wasn't worth contesting, but the change in order shouldn't have been added to the bill in the first place, they just needed to swap the ingredients from the original order. There were a hell of a lot of takeaways going out the door which probably explains the issues we had. The waiting staff gave us edamame on the house which was appreciated as we were hungry. As for the food it was all delicious, teriyaki tuna melt in the mouth with a perfect char. My only complaint about the food was that the wasabi potato balls were way too powerful and I say that as a big wasabi fan!! They blew our heads off. I'm pretty sure they were 50% pure wasabi. I would go again for a special occasion as it's quite expensive but maybe on a quieter night!

We love it here at Jorge’s. Our second time visiting and even better than the first (which we didn’t think was possible!) Gorgeous food and lovely wine selection, all four of us were very impressed with the quality of the food which as an added bonus is good value for money too. Definitely one of our favourite places to eat in Norwich!

Fantastic lunch.....great small plates and appetizers..especially the clams, the squid and the ribs ....and then the tomahawk steak was excellent with wonderful sauces. Great and reasonable wine list....plus lovely and attentive service. Top notch

Wonderful atmosphere, the sushi platter was amazing, and great value for money. The staff we're all very friendly and welcoming,. Will be visiting again to try the other dishes on the menu
