We sat in the garden for Sunday lunch at the Blowing Stone over Easter weekend. Lovely staff and good food.

A really lovely Mother’s Day lunch. Everything was beautifully cooked, the service of all staff was exceptional and it was good value for money. A gorgeous village pub - welcoming and cosy. Will definitely be returning to eat here again.

Had a lovely family meal for mother’s day. Service was excellent and the food was great. This was important as my wife is a coeliac and was catered for perfectly.

Always a great meal and service at the blowing stone

We have been twice this week. An excellent Sunday roast and such a nice experience that we went back on Xmas eve for lunch. Great food, service and we had lovely meals both times. Thank you. We will be back.

We had a really lovely meal, thank you! The crispy salt and pepper squid was a highlight, but everything was delicious. Excellent service and a great-looking little pub. Just needs more people in there supporting it...

Really good lunch, very reasonably priced and good service. It just needs more people to go and create the atmosphere. I will definitely go back and try the Sunday roast, have a feeling it will be great….

2nd time of visiting, food was exceptional both times but it was a bit quiet so lacked atmosphere. The service was good and the food is exceptional, such good value for money - they really deserve more custom! The complimentary coffee was a nice surprise- thank you!

A very quiet Friday lunchtime - food was very good - we managed starters and pies, all first class and beautifully presented. With food like this I should be struggling to book a table next time!
