This was the sixth time we had visited for Sunday lunch had it been the first it would have been the last as our main meal took 45mins to come out and according to the waitress it had been forgotten so unless I had said something think I’d still be waiting .On a good note the food was amazing and the staff are very polite and where gutted we had been missed .Yes we will be going back

Lovely Sunday lunch here on my birthday. Eaten here a few times before, well worth coming back. Staff excellent.

This was our 2nd visit. Had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and the food was delicious, especially the date sponge pudding. Friendly and attentive service throughout the evening and a relaxed atmosphere. Will certainly be back again.

4 of us enjoyed a delicious Meal from the Deli menu at lunch time on Thursday. The staff wee very helpful and accommodating , to our wheelchair user. Would certainly recommend the Half Moon as a venue and quality food.

We enjoyed Sunday lunch yesterday. First time we have been to the pub. but would go again if we were in the area. The helpings were generous and we especally enjoyed the puddings. We wanted to say special thanks to Abby who coped with a full conservartory and bar on her own. She kept smilling and calm throught our time there serving ithe food and drinks Every one had arrived at 12.00 so that made it extra busy.

Been here a few times for a family meal now and found it ideal. Nothing fancy but that’s fine in our book for a pub - very good traditional food (eg enjoyed the liver & bacon) nice service just about right and plenty of space. Big well kept garden for the nice weather. We’ll use again.

We are having our wedding here next year so decided to come for dinner to show my fiancee parents the venue. We all really enjoyed our meals and dessert. Such good food for the price you pay. The service received all evening was amazing. Made us very excited for our wedding .

Went for a roast. The Lambe was not great my dads was cold. Mine was only hot because I asked, the crumble tasted dull. The positives nice potatoes and good customer service.

We were staying in Petersfield for the Goodwood Members Meeting and had a meal on the Saturday evening. Initial impressions were from the outside a bit scruffy but inside was very pleasant. The staff wer excellent and we had a very delicious meal. I was especially surprised with the gluten free range. My cider battered fish was really good. I would certainly recommend this pub.

There was Six of us for my wife’s Birthday and We had a Superb Sunday Roast and would Definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Great food. Really great. Big portions. Friendly staff. We were a party of 4 and as others have said we all felt cold which meant it lacked a little in atmosphere. It was also surprisingly quite.
