We always regard a visit to Y Sqwar as a special occasion. The food always has wonderful flavours and is beautifully presented. Over the years we have experienced many staff and they are consistently polite and very well trained. They always react quickly and appropriately to any requests and special dietary needs. Our visits there are always a lovely experience and we will be returning. Their Sunday lunch is wonderful but we also find it perfect for a special occasion.

Tijdens onze vakantie richting Snowdonia, hebben we heerlijk gegeten in dit restaurant. De sfeer, personeel en de gerechten zijn in alle opzichten heel goed en aangenaam. Onze complimenten.

Tijdens onze vakantie richting Snowdonia hebben we hier gegeten. Het menu sprak mij aan vanwege de variatie en het is ook helemaal mijn smaak. Het ontvangst is aangenaam, het personeel is klantvriendelijk en de gerechten zijn zeer smakelijk. De sfeer is gezellig. Ik houd er van als er veel reuring is met de andere gasten. Een dikke aanrader!

Excellent Sunday lunch and very good value for money. We all (2 adults and 1 x 10 year old) chose a main and a dessert and everything was cooked beautifully. A real treat for all of us!

We visited twice during our holiday in the area. The food was exceptional on both occasions! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My mouth is watering as I recall the mushroom sauce served with the chicken, the home cooked chips definitely had the wow factor, delicious! The service staff were attentive and friendly making us feel welcomed. I’m seriously considering visiting the area for another holiday just so I can come here again!

We visited here Sunday just gone, all the way from the midlands and we will definitely be coming back. Not only was the food delicious, it was well presented and fresh. Compliments to the chef. The restaurant it self was lovely, warm, welcoming and the staff were pleasent and accommodating. They brought out a cake, singing happy birthday and made my moms 60th birthday feel extra special. Thank you all so much. This was a perfect way to end our lovely weekend of birthday celebrations. We would highly recommend and can not wait to return. Special thanks the head server on Sunday and all of the staff.

Food was amazing, staff were friendly and wasn't over priced for the quality of food served. Can't fault anything really. Out of the restaurants control is how loud customers are while at their tables. We struggled to have a conversation because of how loud it was. I would go back though because it was that nice

Asked for a medium rare steak and well done arrived instead, the staff was really apologetic and within 15 minutes I had a perfectly cooked steak, and to be honest possibly the best steak I've ever had.

Had Sunday lunch yesterday 09/08/26 fantastic with fast service I would highly recommend.

Food was amazing as per usual as we come here often! I felt the service was a bit rushed during lunch service yesterday the 9th of August!
