Lovely lunch as always. The soup and bread were excellent.

A wonderful lunch. Plenty of food from lunch menu. We couldn’t finish our meal but it was fabulous and reasonable The ambiance and service second to none. Oh and the beer choice was fantastic too

Food excellent but not impressed that because we had requested seating in the restaurant we were presented with a very limited menu. The reason I had booked was because of the menu I had seen online. When we asked about that menu we were told it was only served in the bar. The restaurant was empty so they decided we could remain there and order the bar menu. Probably would not go back as we loved the menu selection but would not want to eat in the small bar which also accepts dogs.

Myself and my husband had a lovely meal here on Saturday. The sun was shining so we sat outside which was a nice change. We shared 5 dishes between us and they were all really good. Minor comment, the fish on the fish and chips special could have been abit bigger. The mussels diavlo were huge and cooked to perfection. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you

we were a large party of 14 and we were attended to beautifully, really enjoyed the food. special dietary needs of one of our party felt very special with her individual meal. Lovely. 10/10

Booked a table prior to arrival, shown to table which was in the bar area, very disappointed to be sat in the pub, felt very awkward as no one else eating. Starters arrived, pate nice, soup bland, would not have known what flavour it was but was nice and hot. Asked waitress if we could move after starters and she agreed to sit us in the restaurant area where there was one other table. No idea why we had been seated in the pub when there were so many tables free in the restaurant? Both had roast beef for mains, was ok, nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about. Didn’t really feel like a restaurant quality roast dinner which was a shame, was tasty albeit a bit over seasoned. Probably wouldn’t go back as eat out a lot and visit a lot nicer places where the food is better.

Excellent breakfast again! Staff are always warm, polite, friendly and eager to assist you needed. Food is fast fresh, hot and high quality. The atmosphere is great and the decor is fab. Highly recommend we have only been a couple of times however we will absolutely be returning many more!

Last minute decision to visit Maxy Farm for lunch. It was easy to book a table and view the menus online. The food was great and the staff were very polite and attentive without being intrusive. We had a lovely lunch and will visit again.

Our second visit in the last couple of months and it was brilliant again! i had the beef brisket and my wife had the lamb. absolutely brilliant it didnt touch the sides! staff were lovely as usual, servicexwas fantastic. will definitely be back.

Visited for a Sunday Roast following a recommendation from a friend. I will certainly be back. It’s a small space yet lively space, great menu with all meat options available for your roast, a tempting cocktail selection and quality tasting food. The girls working there were really attentive and allowed a couple of changes to our dishes. Perfect little place if catching up with friends or wanting somewhere for a date night

First time here with a friend as we both love tapas and I have to say WOW! Absolutely stunning food, amazing service, lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back! Thanks for a lovely evening
