Fantastic food, it really is top notch. Great service, very attentive. Cant really fault this place, a real asset to Penwortham.

If you want a place where the customer is actually put first then this is the venue. Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely venue. In all, very impressed. We had a party of 19 and all food came out together and very well presented. We will all return regularly.

First visit here for my Birthday meal 4 of us. Booked the table in advance so simple to book on their website. Greeting was fantastic as though the lady already knew us and was expecting us. Table was great in a good position next to the kitchen and opposite the bar so very atmospheric in that we could see all the busyness going on plenty of nice noise. Kitchen staff work their socks off so busy and coping with everything on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Plenty of waitresses the service was professional and at the correct speed nothing rushed or slow. High quality food very yummy good range of mains and deserts and good variety of drinks too. Came here as we just wanted to try out Penwortham! So pleased we chose this place as it is perfect for 'a treat meal' 100% to dine here maybe we were just lucky but I don't think so it looks like the place will be well run all the time. Cheers to all the staff and management that's what we say!

Lovely food. Very prompt answer to my email at booking stage. Service and ambiance is really good. A bit more than just a cafe. The chips are exquisite. I and my 2 friends enjoyed a delicious and relaxing lunch.

Often call in the Barn for morning coffee or light lunch. Food is spot on and good value. Fridays small fish meal very tasty. Everything always spot on and staff excellent. Bonus is one can shop in the Courtyard. Thanks for the excellent service.

Excellent food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff held my special birthday party there recently had a fantastic time nothing was too much trouble. Booked for Tapas night this week another success.

Definitely the best breakfast going in Preston. Had the vegetarian breakfast and swapped the eggs for smashed avocado. Delicious. Also recommend here for a Sunday roast.

We had Sunday lunch . 5 of the 6 had different roast dinner options and 1 had crispy king prawns. The food and service was excellent . Had the tapas menu before and also the full English breakfast. Everything is always top quality and I have to say the breakfast is the best I have had.
