Couldn’t recommend Cafe Fish more highly. We arrived slightly early but they couldn’t have been more accommodating; immediately cleaning a table which had just been vacated. Excellent service, food and atmosphere.

Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeWe enjoyed our meal at Cafe Fish in Tobermory. The service was great and the food was delicious. We had wonderful views and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeOne of the best fish restaurants we have eaten at. The view from the our table was stunning and a set of binoculars was such a brilliant idea. All the staff were lovely, explaining in detail the specials board - so much choice, It was great to meet Robert clearly a man who loves his job and Tobermory. If you visit Mull you must eat at Cafe Fish.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeSuch a great restaurant. Great, friendly atmosphere, really welcoming staff and wonderful fish! This was our second visit and we are certainly planning to visit again when we're next on Mull
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeHad to rewrite my review as I skipped the portion w the rating. This restaurant is incredible. Food and service are perfection.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeMy friend and I visited the restaurant on 20 September, our order was taken fairly quickly and our food arrived about 20 mins later. The food was lovely and our dishes were cleared quickly. We finished our drinks and had to wait quite a while to get our bill then a while longer to pay our bill. Fortunately we had our food before the waiting started however the couple next to us had to wait an hour for their food with nobody updating them or apologising for the delay until they complained.
Ravelston House – EdinburghHad a fantastic meal at Cafe Fish. A warm and friendly welcome on arrival and prompt service. Large selection of specials, we had the mussels starter to share, and stuffed smoked haddock and the stonebass with Bombay potatoes for mains. Each was beautifully cooked. Chocolate pot dessert was also delicious. Nice interior and intimate atmosphere. Thank you !
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeCafe fish was recommended to us by friends who had been to Mull, and it did not disappoint! Both our dishes were delicious and inventive. The table behind us had the smoked platter and it smelled divine. The women serving were friendly and helpful too. If only we didn’t live 500 miles away….
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeI booked a table at your restaurant at 18.45 pm on Wednesday 17th of September for 6 adults and 1 child. We arrived on time and got our own drinks from the bar, the young waitress came to our table around 19.05 pm we asked if we Could order separately so to have separate bills, she said that she was new and didn’t know how to do that so we said that we would try and work it out later. She went away and returned 10 minutes later, 3 of our group requested starters so she wrote that down then went away again for a short time, anyway the starter arrived and went around 19.30pm we all sat until 20.20pm waiting for our main meal I asked what was happening with the food and was told that they were busy but by this point there was only 3 tables occupied anyway when my wife’s and my meal arrived, fish and chips the fish was only warm we wanted to return it but had already waited for over an hour for it to be served so we reluctantly ate it there was no apology’s from staff about the delay we only found out because we asked. Anyway I am writing this to say that it was one of the most abysmal outings we have experienced.
Ravelston House – EdinburghBooked a table after a recommendation in a guide book and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and engaging, and the restaurant was small and charming. The star was the food - beautifully cooked fish (we had halibut) with a delicious sauce. Well worth a visit - book ahead as it is deservedly popular.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeGreat food service and view
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeBy far the best fish restaurant during our holiday in the Hebrides, fantastic!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeMy Family arrived to a lovely smile from the waitress she was great . She showed us to our table then she handed us over to a young lady who was great as well. The atmosphere was spoiled by a table of drunk loud mouth people our Grandson was in our company and he was a bit upset with the noise. But the food was excellent and overcame any small problems the staff were lovely. You cannot count for adults behaviour. Thank your staff for great service and great food.
Ravelston House – EdinburghWaited quite a while for drinks but they were very busy with the bloody Scotland festival. 3 times I asked for my drinks but only after finishing meal did they bring them over just before we were leaving. A nice restaurant historic hotel in Stirling
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingGreat food, great service
The Golden Lion Hotel – StirlingA very welcome surprise. Really excellent seafood, fresh and beautifully prepared by friendly and knowledgeable servers.
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeNot sure that Cafe Fish really needs another glowingly positive review but here one is. Our evening there was excellent in every way. Difficult to make decisions with so many tempting dishes. Seafood soup, scallops with chorizo and fish stroganoff were all super tasty, wine list was pretty comprehensive and service was friendly and efficient. Having to pay by cash due to lack of IT is something to remember - and also a little bit ironic given that review invitation and submission system is fully part of the digital age!
Cafe Fish – Argyll and ButeFantastic meal at Cafe Fish last night. One of the highlights of our week on Mull. Seafood platter was immense.
