Had Sunday lunch. Choice of roasts and various other dishes. Price for one, two or three courses. Great value for money .Superb experience from start to finish. Food was delicious. Staff very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

My choice of the lamb liver was alas not available, so I had the Toad in the Hole.... proper Yorkshire portion....great sausages and really good and plentiful veg. Fabulous. Wife had the delicious Seafood Money Bags, with super lobster sauce. Only negative was the bread, which was only ok. Good value for money with Lunch/Early Bird menu. Nice Bistro dishes.

Le Bistro Des Amis – SkiptonWe tend to eat here before concerts at Skipton Town Hall. Excellent food - and good-sized portions. Good service though when we go it isn't busy. Very welcome, and unusually for many modern restaurants it is actually possible to have a conversation. Background music is non-intrusive and the decor helps reduce ambient noise.

I came to enjoy food and conversation that I could hear, not someone else’s taste in bland muzak. Yorkshire puddings were treat.
