First time visiting. Staff were very welcoming. Definitely be going again. Food was lovely and the portions sizes were very generous.

Haven't been in the Harbour Lights for a good while but thought we'd try Sunday Lunch, we weren't disappointed! Table wasn't quite ready but we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. Great selection of meats to choose from but we both opted for Mince and Dumplings, came with roasties, mash and carrot/turnip mash on the plate with mushy peas, cauliflower cheese and green beans/cabbage/carrots in small bowls. Did we fancy a dessert? Silly question!! Again a great choice. Other half had Spotted Dick and custard and I opted to take mine home, Sticky Toffee Pud and custard, again both delicious, lots of toffee sauce on mine and plenty of custard, OH said his was so light. Staff were all friendly and ran the restaurant like a well oiled machine. We were both very impressed. Total bill for two courses each and two drinks came to just under £40 which we thought was great value. OH would have loved a pint of Real Ale but that really is the only thing. Can't wait to return, think breakfast is next on the list!! See you soon

Booked for a party of 10 ages 4 to 75. From walking through the door we were made very welcome. Staff were very helpful with questions regarding menu choices . I had rung earlier to ask if I could have an omellette which wasn't on the menu and was told no problem. We all had varied taste in items but everyone said how lovely their food was . Piping hot too and good size portions The chips were so nice I nearly ordered another portion instead of desert. The staff were all friendly but special mention to Michael who our great grandson took a liking to and he took time to pay attention to him and not ignore him . Will definitely be back on our next visit Can't recommend highly enough

Food was amazing had the chicken.good wine and great value for money. Have been here quite a few times we will be back.

Just had a Sunday lunch here. Must say the food was amazing. Good choice of meat selection. I had the honey glazed ham, and my wife had the garlic and herb chicken. Both were so tender. Massive Yorkshire puddings and plenty of veg in separate bowls. Will be coming back.

We regularly use the Harbour Lights due to the excellent food choices and quality of service. Never left disappointed.

I was just at Harbour Lights yesterday with a friend. It was our first visit after a few friends recommended it to us. We will definitely be back. The food was homely and tasty. There was ample food :) the onion rings are unreal! 1 portion would fill 4. Delish! Look forward to bringing some family and other friends soon. :)

One of the best Sunday lunches I have had in years. The beef was amazing and tender. The service was excellent. Would definitely return.

Food never misses. Quite easily the best pub food in Shields. Sunday lunch was 10 out of 10 and they give extra gravy as standard.

We went for Sunday dinner at 1pm, the staff were great and showed us to our seats, then asked what we would like to drink, which was promptly served. We then ordered our meals, I ordered liver and onions while the wife ordered featherblade beef Sunday dinner. It did not take long for them to be served, both meals were delicious and plentiful, staff very friendly and professional could not fault our experience, looking forward to going back.
