Went here for a birthday meal excellent service food was high quality and the homemade triple cooked chips are delicious lovely friendly staff members great service would highly recommend

Food as usual was absolutely beautiful with massive portions. Never had a bad meal here and we are weekly visitors. Breakfasts are great value, quality and taste. Light bites are huge and evening meals are spot on. The onion rings are banging.

We have been to the Harbour lights in different incarnations for years, so we were looking forward to visiting and having some peaceful time with family. The staff were great, food excellent, location great even on a dull day. Grandson enjoyed his pizza whilst my beef dinner and son’s huge mince and dumplings were brilliant value as well as great tasting. We liked that the vegetables were served separately. Pricing was surprisingly good too.

Once again, well 3 time's sinse last week. Weve vistited the harbour lights Back again for fathers day' this is a hidden gem.. service is the best ive ever encountered in all my days, the staff are so pleasent nothing is a bother and the team who own the pub are caring about theire customers the food is also quality, the cruzcampo lager is so good michael keeps the best pint of beer in tynside. Best book a table as people turn up on spec only to be told so sorry were fully booked thanks again guys, keep doing what your doing..

This has been a regular visit for my wife and I. The food is fantastic. The service is first class and the staff are lovely! Always look forward to going back!

Really nice venue and good food. Only reason for marking down is previous 2 visits I have ordered Rare steak, and both times it came Well Done. Maybe third time lucky?

Food was enjoyed by everyone and it was beautifully presented. Homecooked, hot and plenty of choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent food and service Thank you

Our guests from New Zealand were late for our table booking but the staff were so pleasant about it. Hubby is disabled and they went out their way to help him and carry our drinks. We were a party of 7 and pleased to find a friend of ours was a chef there now. Food was plentiful and we all had different , everyone enjoyed it. No complaints other than there was tooooo much! haha. We will be back , thank you.

Yet another fabulous meal, great food, warm welcome and terrific value. We are so lucky having the Harbour Lights in out town! From the Broccoli soup for starter to the salmon and tomahawk (enormous steak) for mains and then salted caramel and vanilla cheesecake to finish off every mouthful was wonderful. Already planning our next visit - see you soon!

Never disappointed with my meals at the Harbour Light. Had the Chicken Parmesan which was superb. My friends all had different meals and they thoroughly enjoyed them. Great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful and a credit to the establishment. ‘I will be back’

We really enjoyed our return trip to The Harbour Lights. The views from the front of the pub resteraunt are fab Food was very good, We had fresh sea bass cooked really well. With nice fresh vegetables. Some of the party had chips which looked very good too. Staff are friendly, cheerful and Knowledgable. We had a good table which was comfortable and although it was busy you could chat easily. Very good value for money too

All 4 of us had a lovely meal , empty plates. We’ve been a few times and always good , even the breakfast Only downside we all would agree on was that it was very warm inside , could do with some windows to open
