Pleasant pub, lovely food had a great meal and time

Always a fantastic meal, very hot and plenty to choose from, wonderful staff always friendly and helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else for a roast dinner

Visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch as read good reviews. I had a baguette, which was fresh and warm. Friendly staff, great food and good value for money. Would have stayed for dessert, but they didn’t have any.

Excellent service and food, enjoyed by all of our party of seven. Will look forward to going back again. Good price too.

6 of us for Sunday roast on 8th June. Food was amazing, service was great. This was the best roast dinner we've had out for a very long time. The veggies were constantly being brought out, so not sitting, hanging about as they sometimes are in other places. All in all, a great experience and will come again soon. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Loved the carvery including the vegetarian option! Enjoyed helping myself to what I wanted. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would come again

Sunday roast for four people: good choice of food for meat eaters, not much choice for vegetarians/vegans but the veg option (curry pie) was good quality and tasty (if a little unusual with roast trimmings!). Service was very good and friendly. I was disappointed as we were there too early for the live music, so atmosphere was a bit muted but okay. Price was good for a large plate of food. Shame there didn’t seem to be dessert offered though!

4 of us had a good choice of interesting food on the menu. Tasty food, well-cooked with good service and great value for money.

A great pub. Lovely food. Fantastic staff who are so attentive and helpful. We love the vibe and go to be entertained by the bands. We keep going back so that tells you something! And dogs are welcome, so the whole family go.

We arrived early and was shown straight to a table. The food was excellentwe both enjoyed the roast potatoes in particular all in all it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and at tentative will definitely be back.

We booked for mother's day carvery. We were not disappointed. Great food, plenty to choose from and as much of the sides as you like. Service was efficient and friendly.

Brilliant service brilliant Meal could not fault it the chef even came out to make sure all good. We will def eat there again and again reasonably priced too
