Studley Spice – StudleyExcellent meal (especially the Lemon Brulee!) with superb wine in relaxed, comfortable surroundings before the theatre. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient; the atmosphere appropriately warm and intimate. We shall return!
Grants – Stratford Upon AvonI feel as though this is one of the best Indian restaurants in the country. I live in Kineton and frequent this venue very regularly. The staff are fantastic and have even gone the extra step to drop me off home before after one too many glasses of wine. Bravo
Shukurs Brasserie – WarwickWe walked in on a quiet Saturday afternoon, and we had to leave within ten minutes: the waitress was rude, dressed in a coat and scarf and obviously didn't want to be there: she took our drink orders and then went back to her conversation with people at the bar. All in all we felt pretty much ignored, no music or atmosphere and terrible service. I'm local to here and a place like that needs recommendations to make money. There's no way I'd go there again.
Bamboodle – Stratford Upon AvonThe village chippy is unique in the way it has looked at new ways to improve attitudes to healthier food preparation of its products.
Bulkington Village Chippy – BedworthYet another publican but same old crap on the menu. You need to wade through the fag ends, broken glass and other litter plus the usual doorway anchored smokers to get to the pub's innards. They haven't changed in years despite the outside being tarted up. Very ordinary pub grub, but OK value. Plenty of better eateries in nearby villages. I'd give this one a miss.
The Arnold Arms – Rugbythe service in this restaurant was very pleasant, very fast and very polite, but the food was awful, the portion was tiny and lead to my girlfriend having a miserable night as this is our only "date night" we get to go out on due to limited money and it was over in around half an hour leaving her hungry, disappointed and upset... not only would i not go here i would not allow any of my friend to put up with this. the waiting staff are lovely but the kitchen crew should get the sack.
Totally Thai – Warwickhad both a sit in meal and a takeaway from here - lovely food and very nice staff.
Cinnamon Lounge – RugbyThe best Indian In Midlands.
Kayal – Leamington SpaExcellent service , quality food , value for money . If you enjoy curry , try Avon spice you will not be disappointed.
Avon Spice – Stratford Upon Avonwe live in stockton which is closer to southam for fish and chips but we always go to dunchurch for lovely fish chips kebabs there are just the best well worth travelling the extra mile
Dunchurch Fish and Chips – RugbyRefreshing to experience such attentive service and great food. Cafe Vin cinq is a relatively new addition to the better quality restaurants in Rugby and is well worth a visit.
Cafe Vin Cinq – Rugbybeen for meals in this bar bistro every time we call in warwick, super staff great food. I've also been to the folk festival here and that is brilliant, they have some great quiz nights, whisky tasting &wine tasting . Highly recommend
Merchants Restaurant and wine bar – Warwicknice Indian food. Great for birthday parties and Xmas office parties. Staff are well mannered and very well spoken. food is brilliant! The buffet at 1095 is just TOO GOOD!!! I have already booked my Xmas party at studley spice and i think for people who have not yet booked please book studley spice they are brilliant!!!
Studley Spice – StudleyVery nice place to have the family meal, the staff is really nice and kind.
Wing Wah Chinese Restaurant – NuneatonJust eaten in the new Henry's brasserie and loved it! Decor, ambience and most of all the food! Snails in garlic butter followed by coq au vin with baby poussins, fantastic!
Red Lion – AtherstoneI have visited The Cross with a friend for an evening meal without a booking, the place was buzzing. We were greeted in a very professional way and informed that it will be a little waiting time for a table, we were directed to the bar from there. Great selections of wine and spirits at the bar and what a professional and good bartender! We enjoyed a drink and shared a starter at the bar during our wait and were directed to our table shortly after that. The food was fantastic with great attention to detail. My friend and I are both working in the industry and we know our food. This experience at The Cross will definitely be repeated, and I would encourage anyone to do so. Great food, great service and superb place. Keep up the good work guys.
