We have visited othello's on 3 occasions now the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly we will continue to visit this great Greek restaurant and look forward to next time

Best chippy around.

Eight of us visited Othellos tonight to celebrate a birthday party. The restaurant was warm and had a great atmosphere. We all commented on how good the food was. The service was great. Maria couldn't do enough for us. We said how much we had enjoyed it and thanked the staff for their attention and service. We had a really great evening, and will definitely being back there again.

We came here last Saturday and were very disappointed in the quality of the food.The salmon was a very small portion served with a cold sweet potato which was microwaved! for this I was charged £16 !! I complained and was given another microwaved potato which was hard !! couldnt be bothered complaining again .This is unacceptable for a Simon Rimmer restaurant,surely you could oven bake the spuds?? most good restaurants dont even own a micowave.My partner ordered a burger which was nothing special and not worthy of the price.No wonder the place was only a third full,if the chef does not improve Its going to lose more customers.Other friends have been and were not impressed .Felt it necessary to tell you this so you can improve ,The staff were lovely and we still tipped them as it was not their fault.

Hard to believe that this restaurant has been fantastic for at least 20. years I have been going there for 20 years and my daughter who is now 25 has been going with us since she was 5. There are other Chinese restaurants in liverpool that are good however for my extended family and friends this is the very best there is.

Fabulous meal last night. We used vouchers, which were a gift. What a lovely meal. Thank you. Linen, candles, fAb food, nice 'background music, quiet, so we could talk. Def recommend you. Coming back.

Visit with my family (young and old) quite often and have always been well catered for...bar staff tending to my children's needs or charming my grandparents..food spot on for the price too. Highly recommend, great pub with the staff to match.

My family and I have been coming to the Ying Wah for many years the food is fab and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Definitely the best place to eat in liverpool! Food is always amazing, service and atmosphere is excellent, would recommened to anyone and wouldn't eat anywhere else!!!

liberty tavern has something for everyone's taste buds. If you don't like any of the food in here then you would be truly hard to please. Excellent all round.

The Elephant and The Liberty Tavern next door are apparently owned by celebrity chef Simon Rimmer. I like the look of the place. It has a relaxed feel. Not too trendy or contemporary or not wallowing in nostalgia either. My chicken and pesto pizza was very good, though my wife was not over excited about her soup. Service was very good and the waiter did a good job of pushinhg their sister establishment next door. Will try that next time I reckon.

I didn't realise what a great function suite Ying Wah had. It's on the second floor with it's own bar. We went for a party the other day and were very well catered for!

I ordered chicken kebabs from the menu. The owner told me they don't do chicken kebabs and that I was moaning when I asked her why this item is on the menu when they clearly don't serve it. Her reply was that other people don't moan they just order another meal - poor deluded individual they do comment but just not to her. I have been a regular customer since my late teens some 30 years ago. The new management have no customer skills and food standards have declined rapidly. I won't be giving them my custom again,

I went to Othellos restaurant for the first time. It was our anniversary and you could not fault the food and service it was excellent and very pleasant surroundings. We will be definitely going back again.

A real pub with lots of character and great service. Ale is great and so is the food with friendly staff. If you like an old pub and not these modern ones, you will like the White Horse.

We went for a meal here last weekend for the first time with our children to celebrate exam results and absolutely adored it . Food excellent staff wonderful could not wait to go back, so we did this weekend with friends and again had a fabulous time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough .

Go to this place quite alot, food fantastic, staff go out of their way make you feel welcome. Top place, if you not been try it, you won't regret it .
