Excellent value good food and service
The Honey Bee – Droitwichme and my family went during the eat out to help out and The Honey Bee was our first choice as we have been there before and always come out very happy with the food and service. I think they are doing brilliantly during these crazy times. There is a good structure around the restaurant area for social distancing, booking was very easy and the app they are using is also very straight forward. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed everything about the honey bee and will definitely be staying loyal to them. Not to mention this was our very first meal out since lock down .. very happy customers! Thank you
The Honey Bee – DroitwichAlways great food and good service, nice atmosphere, more space with the new layout too, we have been a few times and also had a few lockdown meals delivered, I was happy to see a full restaurant and hope it continues post "gov meal deal", we will be back again soon.
Ostlers At Number One – WorcesterWe were the last customers pre-lockdown (in an empty restaurant) and regulars, I was a bit worried it wasn't going to re-open, so when it did I booked for re-opening night, it was very busy, but as usual they had the staff and organisation to deal with it well. I won't say it was back to normal exactly (it was opening night after all) but food and service was good and we are happy to see this place is back open, look forward to a post "gov meal deal" visit, when things have settled.
Cote Brasserie – Worcester – WorcesterFor twenty years saffrons has been our "go to" Worcester restaurant. So glad to see our favourite waiter from a now closed local cafe has been employed. Saffrons has no faults.
Saffrons Bistro – WorcesterDirty tables, flies everywhere, food was shocking! Never left meals before. Chicken appeared to be from a microwave, chips burnt. Looking around we weren’t the only ones with food issues, so much wasted food. Service was good though. Such a shame it’s gone downhill. Can’t blame Covid for poor quality food.
The Honey Bee – DroitwichOMG so so good. Before lockdown the food was getting worse but now it was better than steak houses. Really really enjoyed it
The Honey Bee – DroitwichMy husband and I have never dined at ostlers and always wanted to try so with our wedding anniversary coming up and the ‘eat out to help out scheme’ I booked a table. We were not disappointed the food was amazing, service was friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere. Love the little touches with the scrabble letters as place name. We even asked if we could take our puddings away as we had to get back for the babysitter which they did for us.
Ostlers At Number One – WorcesterA really lovely atmosphere - and the team went out of their way to take care of my dietary needs. Always a favourite place of our for an intimate dinner in Worcester, with great staff and lovely food.
Saffrons Bistro – WorcesterVery disappointing If you remember this pub from years ago. Poor service, bland atmosphere, dirty tables. Overcooked, dry food, zero presentation, chef doesn’t seem to be able to cook a steak.
The Honey Bee – DroitwichFood was not the best, chips over cooked and tasted not right and the meat was very greasy .
The Honey Bee – DroitwichMy wife and myself booked for Saturday night For a meal as we’d previously been to the Honeybee in the past and couldn’t fault it on arrival we were greeted by the manager who was very polite and professional After being shown to our table the disappointment set in the furniture was falling apart the chairs were worn and wonky the table was high and we was low down after asking the manager he gladly moved us to another table when our meal arrived the presentation left a lot to be desired the chips were hard and over cooked the egg was under cooked the apparently 16 oz gammon was 9 oz meat 7 oz fat and floating in fat I tried to eat it but had to admit defeat as it was disgusting my wife’s chicken was very tough to eat but she had more luck than me I eventually gave in and approached a waitress and showed her she went urr that’s not good is it and walked off and returned with the money for 1 meal and took it away Which left us shocked and very disappointed in our whole experience which we had looked forward to all day the funny thing is I was talking to the manager on our arrival he said the food was brilliant if it wasn’t he would sack the chef but upon our complaint the manager was nowhere to be seen so the moral of the story is avoid this place like the plague it’s not the same as it was !!! Our whole Saturday night ruined by incompetence but still cost us
The Honey Bee – DroitwichFood and service both excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ostlers At Number One – WorcesterWhere are the curtains and pictures ? We came for a meal here 10 years ago and it had a lovely atmosphere, cosy and characterful. On our visit this time it was soulless, no atmosphere and bland, more like a social club. It was very loud and no music in the back ground. Food was cheap and cheerful and Staff helpful and friendly. However we will not be returning any time soon.
The Honey Bee – DroitwichWe were stopping at a local hotel for special occasion , so we booked Ostlers to have a evening meal, which we will not forget. The meal was excellent so was the service from start to finish.
Ostlers At Number One – WorcesterAs part of the Eat Out to Help Out promotion, we booked Ostlers, somewhere we've been before and always enjoyed. Atmosphere was lovely, most of the tables were full but it was all very relaxed. Service good as ever. Food - fabulous! My husband's fillet steak was a revelation inasmuch as it was both very tender and extremely tasty. My lamb roulade starter and bouillabaisse (fish stew) main were also excellent. Prices are more than OK for the quality, though they do an early evening menu which is very good value also.
Ostlers At Number One – WorcesterFabulous lunch at Saffrons. Delicious small plates, really fresh and tasty. Great choice of food, and excellent service. All guidelines adhered to, and felt very safe.
