Only popped in for a coffee but as I was leaving looked on wistfully as they brought out the lunchtime selection. A great place to chillax, inside or out.More The Quarter, Liverpool City Centre reviews
First time at 60 Hope Street. Only a flying visit for lunch but had a nice window seat and a lovely piece of cod on squid ink and mussel risotto topped with a chunk of salty seaweed. You can see how and why this place has stood the test of time and is still one of Liverpool's top venues.More 60 Hope Street, Liverpool City Centre reviews
Love the concept of this place. Create your own pizza from all the ingredients at the counter, a bit like Subway in that sense. As they have special dough it cooks in 2 and a half minutes and boom you have a great pizza as you like it!More Doughocracy, Liverpool City Centre reviews
We attended the Retreat Bistro for afternoon tea. The food was excellent. The staff were both friendly and very professional. We would certainly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return. Thank youMore The Retreat, Southport reviews
As we were a large party we were asked to pre order our meals. this done I waited one and a half hours for my very average meal which when it came was wrong. the steak was not cooked to specification the chips were doused in salt. Would not recommend will not be going again. Also the drinks were expensive.More Hudson Smokehouse, St.Helens reviews
The starter was tasty, the main was divine. I also enjoyed a glass of red wine. Chicken and mango, as smooth as a ballad Are a very nice thing to include in a salad. The service was friendly and all with a smile I will visit again in a very short while!More The Old Blind School, Liverpool City Centre reviews
Surprised by some of the negative comments here. Not the cheapest but has the most variety of any buffet I've been to also has lots of veggie choices - like a crispy duck option and chicken Satay etc - unlike any other buffet I've been to. Also has the Teppanyaki bar and a pancake bar - lots of variety with the desserts. Food has always been hot and tasty - only complaint is you sometimes have to wait for fresh cutlery when its busy.More The Chinese Buffet, St.Helens reviews

Casa Italia is a very popular Italian restaurant in Southport. I popped in for lunch and very much enjoyed my Cannelloni. A nice touch is that it comes with a complimentary bruschetta that I didn't notice on the menu. It is the little touches people remember!More Casa Italia, Southport reviews
I moved from Mossley Hill 4 years ago and miss Chris's chippy a great deal. Their Mixed Kebab with chips topped with Donner meat was to die for. All the best guys.More Chris's Fish And Chips, Mossley Hill reviews
