Pissarro’s – HastingsFamily meal with dog. We all had a roast, including the dog. Service was friendly and relaxed. Food was so tasty, empty plates all round. Puddings for everyone again including the dog. Have been a few times and never been disappointed. Will be back soon.
The Denbigh – BexhillVisiting from South Africa. Had the best sunday roast yesterday. It was so tasty and generous portions. Quality of food was next level. Will definitely book again for sunday roast before going back home. I was also very impressed to see the interesting things on offer at the pub.
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeFamily lunchtime meal celebrating a birthday. As always - 'Into the Blue' was absolutely outstanding. The excellent quality of the food, service and ambience was at their usual exemplary standard. Tempura squid & prawns, mussels and a sharing platter for starters, lobster linguini, boullabaisse, sharing platter (Sea Bass & steak for 2) & Fish & Chips for mains and unfortunately no room for a dessert! The above list doesn't do justice to the sumptuousness and care taken with their food. Highly recommended (worthwhile booking)
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had a wonderful meal at The Globe! There were five of us and we had been allocated a lovely area of the restaurant. The decor is cosy and quirky. This is our second time here at The Globe and the food didn’t disappoint. It was delicious. I had the fish (Hook & Cook) which just melted in the mouth. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed there meals. We’ll definitely be back
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeExcellent Saturday Lunch = Fish pie rated highly by all as was catch of the day. Again - Pilot reliable for an excellent meal.
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeAnother superb dining experience at Into the Blue with excellent food, great service and as always a lovely atmosphere. This is definitely our favorite local restaurant where we eat delicious Oysters, Scallops in a champagne sauce that I wish I could take home! and the best Paella I've had in the UK. Highly recommend.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaLovely evening at Into the Blue for a catch up with friends. Food, service and atmosphere were all superb. The wine is very reasonably priced which is always welcome, some very decent bottles on the list too. We particularly enjoyed the monkfish and paella. Very friendly and relaxed but buzzy atmosphere- will definitely return.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaMyself and 3 friends enjoyed the Meze evening on Thursday. Staff very welcoming food decent and reasonably priced.
The Denbigh – BexhillA very good fish and chips. Good service and friendly atmosphere. I bring my friends here.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAfter a rather long gap due to illness, it was good to return to Into The Blue. Especially good to see that our old favourites : Bouilliabase and Fish Pie were still in evidence ! Although tempted by the new meals on offer, we decided to celebrate our return by indulging in our long term favourites which were lovely and much enjoyed. Thank you Jackie and David.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe have visited the globe 4 times now on visits to rye, always great food and drinks, good service and atmosphere, Will continue to visit on future trips
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeHad a lovely meal in the Denbigh, Food was really good and the service was also good, food was served fairly quickly and the waitress was very polite and attentive. Will definitely be back.
The Denbigh – BexhillWe went early on Saturday evening and the restaurant was pleasantly busy. A warm welcome from friendly attentive staff. Decent wine list and a good choice of dishes on the menu. Our starters were were very good and the Dover Sole I had for my main course was excellent. A real little gem of a restaurant.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe went to this pub for Sunday lunch. Passing outside frequently, we wanted to see if inside was as nice as the outside. Friendly atmosphere. We ordered 2 roast lamb roast dinners. Impressive to look at, and lovely throughout. Quality food at a price that suits. 2 desserts and 3 drinks, just under £85
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeHaven’t been to Into the blue in years. Went on Saturday night. Still really lovely food and friendly staff. Will definitely be back again soon.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaAbsolutely love this restaurant. I have been coming here for a few years now and have never had a bad meal. There are plenty of dishes to choose from and there are even some meat choices for those that don’t like fish. The staff are also so friendly and are very knowledgeable about the food. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for the delicious lunch. Lorraine
