Absolutely delicious - we had the sharing menu, 6 small plates between us, and the fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked.

BBQ Sunday Food was very nice We had Chicken on the bone, Beef and sausage Come with cauliflower cheese coleslaw plus more it was very quiet considering it was a Sunday but I think it maybe the hot weather

Went for lunch on a Wednesday in half term before the cinema. Booked but in fact not ridiculously busy. Had their paninis which were great

We had another wonderful lunch at The Globe Inn on 26 May. The staff were friendly and attentive as usual and the food was excellent. We chose a number of starters and small plates and each was delicious. Thanks again and we will see you in the future as one of our favourite places to eat.

What a fantastic experience. Lovely pub with friendly and attentive staff. The food is exceptional and good sized portions too. We were on the terrace on a warm summer evening and it was like we were on holiday in the Mediterranean. We live locally and regret having not visited sooner.

Great food and drink, staff were very professional and polite would definitely recommend.

Went for lunch on Bank Holiday Sunday on a very hot day. 5 of us dined in the Pavilion in the shade and a cool breeze. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Having the normal full menu as well as the Sunday Roasts was a bonus. All the food, 3 roasts and 2 burgers arrived together and everyone agreed the food was excellent and generous. If there was a niggle the ‘Yorkshires’were very tired and it would have been better if the gravy was on the side instead of the plate.

Lovely friendly pub. Food was great, a good selection on the menu. Had rustic charm. Welcomes dogs which was great for us. A great Sunday family lunch.

I arrived with four old girlfriends from different parts of the country to be greeted with a lovely, smiley face! It was their first time at The Globe. We were not only well looked after, but the food was delicious. Two of my friends had the Romney Narsh lamb and they are still raving about it. I knew we would have a fantastic time and we did! Great team!
