Simply delightful

Brilliant staff Great food

Wonderful quirky pub with a great atmosphere! Super friendly staff and delicious food which was a bit different, especially for vegetarians.

4 of us with 3 dogs for a Sunday roast. We got a lovely welcome from a member of staff. A suitable table was allocated so we had enough room for the dogs to sit underneath out of the way. Service was prompt and friendly. We had the Sunday roast dinner and couldn’t fault it. Plenty of meat, a huge yorkshire pud, nicely cooked veg and tasty gravy. We had the lemon blondie with clotted cream for dessert which was delicious. We would definitely visit this quirky lovely pub again. Thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent meal! It appears to be a slightly simpler menu. Thankfully with scallops cooked & presented just a caper butter. Which was wonderful The half lobster was always cooked to perfection. Desert of baked cheesecake was yummy. The option for coeliacs has always be super here. And Jacqui always double checks which is very much appreciated. We dine out at least twice a week & have grown tired of chefs that chuck a ton of ill conceived ingredients together hoping it work. Into the Blue delivered what it does the best....excellent uncomplicated fish dishes beautifully cooked & presented.

Love this pub, fantastic food and service, the cocktails are wonderful. Went for my birthday and they made every effort to make my evening special.

Never a disappointment. Just 4 sharing dishes for 2 at lunch - we did have to cycle back to Horsham. Well prepared & presented with great service. Monk fish the best yet.

Lovely quirky intimate restaurant. Food was fabulous & I'm not vegan or vegetarian. Slight issue that we had our drinks served at the same time/before our dinner.. we ordered & food it was almost instantaneously there.. if out for an evening I do prefer to order food and have a few minutes chat/have my drink arrive at least for a few minutes before my meal arrives & certainly think drinks should be served before dinner arrives. Banoffee pie was awesome! .. even if you don’t need it go to the toilet! I had falafel dish & it was AWESOME.. staff lovely too. Unexpectedly had a dog next to us so do be warned they are dog friendly .. it does say this .. happily it was a friendly dog who ate its veggie sausages & sat quietly .. but it IS a small restaurant so go expecting that. Lovely meal, lovely staff, good value for money .. deffo would go again.

Went for a birthday meal at the Globe and can throughly recommend this pub. Front of house was attentive and friendly, happy to engage in a quick chat, and the food was of a high standard. Only slight complaint was that one of our group was vegetarian and the options were a bit limited.

Been here a few times now. Lovely, wholesome food,staff very welcoming and friendly too.Shall return..:-)

Best place ever in Rye! We love it here, the atmosphere and setting are perfect, service friendly, they love dogs and the food is great! We will be back for sure!

Second time I’ve eaten here with a friend and had the chicken roast dinner to share - absolutely divine and so much food !

Fabulous little restaurant,gorgeous setting,lovely fresh vegan food,my banana milkshake was to die for,lovely hardworking owners really fabulous place ,dog friendly & games supplied if you want to relax five star service

A wonderful and jolly lunch for nine of us… at the fabulous ‘Globe Inn Marsh’ The food was great and very yummy.. we had a fab table which gave us all more than enough room and also good space for our doggie. ‘Josh’ and also ‘Thomas’ were amazing members of the team and not only helped with our booking but also served our large table with truely great service

What a simply wonderful place to spend an evening. Great food, served well by really attentive staff. A joy!
