Pettigrew Tea Rooms – CardiffFantastic food, delicious wine, lovely setting and amazing service. What more could you want? Can’t wait to come back.
Llys Meddyg Pembrokeshire – NewportThe steak is to die for in this lovely restaurant in Cardigan. Whenever we visit Cardigan, we always make sure to have a meal at the Copper Pot. The staff is always friendly and so helpful and best of all, my dog can sit with us to enjoy a lovely meal.
The Copper Pot – CardiganWe were a party of four dining and we all thoroughly enjoyed a lovely meal in beautiful surroundings (we ate in the inside restaurant) with good service and a lot of tolerance of mummy and daddy popping away from the table and returning at various intervals to check on children upstairs. It's a little pricey but well worth it - fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere.
Llys Meddyg Pembrokeshire – NewportBooked a Sunday lunch but found out when we arrived they no longer do roast dinners, however the lunch we had was amazing. Good menu and excellent service (thank you Kat and Ebony). Would love to go again when we are next in this area.
The Copper Pot – CardiganFantastic meal , took my two younger daughters and we all enjoyed very much , we will be back
Nok Nok Mumbles – SwanseaThird time at Nok Nok and each time has been equally enjoyable. The food is utterly delicious with lots of choice and a good selection of Vegan and Vegetarian options. They are great about allergies too. Service is warm and friendly. You are made to feel so welcome. Highly recommended.
Nok Nok Mumbles – SwanseaWhat an amazing experience How is this not Michelin starred? Our daughter came to visit us from London and she had been recommended Llys Meddyg by a colleague .. We started with warm soda bread and the most delicious salty butter There were 4 of us and we all decided to have the Welsh Lamb which was to die for! The side dishes of Pembrokeshire new potatoes in a tasty purée butter , sweet carrots, and perfectly cooked chargrilled broccoli made the main course complete The dessert was equally tasty I had the lemon meringue and the others the chocolate tart with a raspberry sorbet There was an excellent choice of wines and it was useful to have their own recommendations for each dish It was a fairly warm evening and we chose to sit out in The secret garden in one of the garden pods we were so pleased we had it was cosy and intimate even though it was busy the noise levels were low and the staff were so attentive to all our requests and yet not too intrusive This has to be , in all our 14 years of living here in Wales, the best and the most memorable culinary experience and we will definately be returning ,recommending Llys Meddyg to all our friends Thankyou to all staff
Llys Meddyg Pembrokeshire – NewportGlad to have dined one evening at the Copper Pot during a short stay in Cardigan. A great little place with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and enjoyably good food. Interesting varied menu. An asset for Cardigan!
The Copper Pot – CardiganHaving enjoyed several take away meals from Nok Nok we came to the restaurant for the first time on Thursday night. The food is always perfect, absolutely delicious and the best vegan menus I have ever seen, so we expected this - but what was even better than expected was the experience. The waiting staff were so lovely, attentive and friendly, Julian as host was wonderful and Nok came to say hi and see how we enjoyed our meal later in the evening - what a fantastic place! We had stunning views over Aberaeron harbour, and watched the swallows swooping about outside the window. Despite it being a warm muggy day, the windows were open allowing a lovely cool breeze to blow through. There were 5 of us, all vegan and all spoilt for choice, with starters and mains! Would recommend to everyone ! especially vegans! Thank you so much Nok and Julian, we will see you again soon
Nok Nok Mumbles – SwanseaWe alway book a garden pod here when we come on holiday and we are never disappointed, delicious food and excellent service. Great atmosphere. Love having the little private booth as well.
Llys Meddyg Pembrokeshire – NewportLovely meal overlooking the harbour while visiting Aberaeron. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and service good.
Nok Nok Mumbles – SwanseaRelaxed, informal and very friendly atmosphere with great service where there seemed to be a genuine interest in what we thought about the food and our enjoyment of the evening. The menu had a good choice of options. All the food tasted freshly prepared and was delicious and all five of us were very happy with our (five) different choices of meal. Very reasonably priced and good value. We would whole-hearedly recommend NokNok without question and would visit again if we were ever in the area.
Nok Nok Mumbles – SwanseaWe had a wonderful relaxing evening in our Pod where dogs and children could relax but with the most amazing food and wine. Good choice for non alcoholic adults too . We have visited 3 times now and intend on visiting again next year.
Llys Meddyg Pembrokeshire – NewportExcellent food on a drab Monday lunchtime. Recommend the roti canai, Nasi Lemak and Sarm Bao Rice
Happy Lok – Cardiffdelicious and lots of great vegan options that were super impressive! recommend the claypot aubergine tofu and the vegan duck pancakes
Happy Lok – Cardiff3rd time visited. Every time we stay at Wiseman’s Bridge. Food is always very good. The nachos were very tasty. I especially thought the seafood platter was super as always had steaks medium before and they were cooked spot on. Husband said his 12oz sirloin was cooked well done as he wanted but a bit burnt around the edges. The dogs we have enjoyed those bits so no wastage. I do think steaks should be with chunky chips though. It’s a pile of skinny chips always on the plate. They’re nice but not with steaks. People just kept turning up as tables emptied. This has always been the case as a good reputation for food. Very efficient staff although our girl server could look like she enjoyed her job even though she didn’t look like she did. Was it a smile or a grimace taking our order and the usual visit asking how the food was. The older man and lady very chirpy and friendly.
